It was really good steak was alittle chewy but I really liked the marinade they used which is important and it was drenched in caesar dressing. Very flavorful and filling. Watch out for this place!! They will add food into your order and blame you for it. Horrible service. My husband went and ordered a steak and cheese sub and one large pizza while I waited in the car. He went to pick up and they gave us two large pizzas with a sub instead of just one pizza so my husband told them he only ordered one but they would not take back second pizza he never ordered and stated they gave us the receipt. But who honestly looks at the receipt for a small purchase. Make sure you check your receipts with this place or they will add items onto your order!! read more

Ordered a large half pepperoni, half mushroom pizza with a side of large onion rings. It was easy to do online and the 20 minute quote I was given was spot on. They have a lot next door so parking/pick up was very easy. I asked for extra honey mustard and the girl at the register was happy to help. Unfortunately I could see how they might be looser in covid restrictions. The girl behind the register had her mask below her nose when I entered; however she pulled her mask up once I approached and it did not seem like she was preparing/working with food. Food wise, the onion rings are AMAZING. Crispy, delicious batter. Would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately that's where the good things end. The pizza was not good. It was doughy, thick and I might even say undercooked. I would not recommend this spot for pizza. Buffalo chicken wrap was soupy and almost inedible - lettuce and tomatoes were completely swamped out by the insane amount of blue cheese and buffalo sauce. Lots of chicken but overall kind of nasty. REALLY good pizza. I love the flavor of the sauce they put in their cheese and pepperoni pizza. The crust is perfect too! Their Buffalo chicken calzone is also bomb! The fries are good too! Honey mustard and their blue cheese are great supplemental sauces. This will be my new go to place for pizza! I don't recommend their Buffalo chicken tenders though. I have eaten here plenty of times. It's a great place for lunch or dinner. They have a good variety of subs, sandwiches, dinners, salads and pizza. They even have some nice appetizers such as their mozzarella sticks which are very good. As far as their subs go, I would highly recommend their Steak and Cheese sub. I get that almost every time I go there. I've had their meatball subs too and they are very delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff is always friendly. There is plenty of seating there if you prefer to eat in the restaurant. If you want to order takeout they do offer delivery service. read more

By far the best buffalo sauce in the area. It's the authentic recipe that tastes like the sauce from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY, the people who invented buffalo sauce. I'm not sure why this place is listed as closed, because they are definitely open! My family and I order from here at least once a week. We used to order from another pizza/sub shop that is closer to our house, but we were a little disappointed when the quality there started declining. I had received a menu from Old Railroad in the mail so I decided to try it out. That was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The pizza is a little bit pricier than some other shops, but I'd say it's worth every penny. The pizzas are loaded with toppings, and where with other shops I'd have to eat 2 or 3 slices to feel full, 1 slice of their pizza is enough to satisfy me. I'd highly recommend the Cafe Special, but you can't go wrong with any of the choices. I haven't tried much of the rest of their menu, but if the quality is anything like their pizza then you won't be disappointed. read more

Great local hidden gem. Not many other Quincy residents know about this place, so it's great that I get to introduce it to them. I've recommended Old Railroad Cafe 3 different times, and every time I've always received high praise about their food. I ALWAYS order their buffalo chicken calzone, it absolutely delicious (even if you do not like buffalo you should give their's a try as it is not traditional buffalo). As for pizza, I recommend the meat lovers as they are very generous with their toppings! Jalapeno poppers and their spicy fries are also good, just an FYI their spicy fries are not curly but they do actually have a slightly "spicy" flavor. As for their service, I've only ordered delivery and their service is fast and they are very friendly! read more

They forgot to put one of our subs in the bag, upon calling back, the person on the phone was extremely rude and stated they would not make a new one and the order was right. I really enjoy the calzones here, they're in the zone. ;) the mozzarella's sticks are broken, check the photos, however they're delicious. Only reason why they get 3 stars is because of their customer service. Everyone in the front, esp the cashiers are just simply miserable. I walk in, there's no greetings or smiles. I use to love eating here almost every day. I stopped because I had been out of the area for lunch time and decided to go back today and get lunch. The portion was so small I could not believe it and so expensive. 18 plus for just a sub and French Fries and a drink. The large french fries for $5 plus should have been considered a small. I will most likely not be going back here any more. Furthermore, I heard from my brother their pizza is horrible. It use to be really good. So that has gone down hill. As for the prices they must need more money but I think they will turn away more people and actually make them make less of a profit. I would like to give a zero for customer service. Ordered 2 buff chix calzones. 1$ each for extra blue cheese. We asked for 3 extras, and paid. What did we get? Greek dressing, nasty with buff chix. No big deal, well call and they can shoot us over some, which we paid for. Wrong. There answer was 2 hour delivery, or come back to pick it up during my short lunch break.
