These guys are great. Professional, honest, quick to respond and very easy to work with. We have been using their services for years and will continue to do so. read more

Very quick and responsive, with reasonable prices. I called one day and they came out the next. They did a great job, and tried to match my new doorknobs with the old ones. I'm pretty oblivious to that kind of thing, so I'm glad they were paying attention. I texted a photo of my doorknob so they could find a similar one. The gentleman came on time, and called 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Using this company made adding interior door locks super easy. read more

Old Pueblo Locksmith changed all the exterior locks and installed a new front door knob and dead bolt. All the doors now work so smoothly. Working with Shawn was a pleasure. He came quickly, knew what he was doing, and stayed until the job was finished. I highly recommend this company. read more

We were having an annoying jamming problem with our front door latch. I contacted OPL based largely on their Yelp reviews. Went to their website, checked it out and made the call which went to voicemail. Almost immediately I got a call back and made an appointment. The OPL technician, Colin called en route to apologize that he was running a few minutes late. I said a half-hour delay was fine. He beat that by a few minutes. He was very pleasant, masked, and immediately set to work. Unfortunately, the old latch mechanism was toast--only lasted forty years! The best alternative was for him to do another quick job while I headed to Home Depot to see what was on offer. He was already back when I returned with the new set. In a few minutes he had it installed, keyed to match our other lock sets. Tidy worker, easily managed a credit card payment, and that was that. They definitely deserve our five-star review! read more

Shawn got all our our kicks re-keyed after purchase of our new house; he got it all done nicely. I was not present but my mother reported he was very efficient. My only issue is that the following day, I noticed that the front doorknob was extremely sticky and as a result the door did not latch or close reliably. We rang Shawn and he was able to return the next day to put in a new doorknob. I rather wish he'd alerted my mother to the faulty doorknob when we was there the first time, as then we could have asked him to replace it then and there, with no need for a later service call and service fee. Aside from this, we were pleased with the work. read more

Super fast service!!! He gets the job done. A go-to tradesman for homeownersin need. Courteous.

The owner of Old Pueblo Locksmith Company definitely made a situation... Actually, a day that could have been very irritating, into one that was not so bad, after all. He was prompt, polite, professional, affordable, and just generally nice! I hope that I don't have to call a locksmith, in the future, but if I do, Shawn, from Old Pueblo, will be the one that I do call! read more

Old Pueblo -- and its owner Shawn-- are great! If you are looking for a locksmith in the Tucson, AZ, area, then this is the place to call. I found Shawn to be affordable, fast, and dependable.... all of which are really important when you need a locksmith! Also, needing a locksmith can sometimes be a stressful situation, and Shawn is very friendly and approachable-- you don't feel like you are putting him out in any way. I highly recommend Old Pueblo Locksmith Co.! read more

Very happy with his work on the locks in my new home, with his suggestions, and with his flexibility and communication in rescheduling my appointment. read more

I had an emergency with a vacation rental and Shawn was incredibly helpful. I had a tenant check out and another checking in a few hours later and the "smart" lock on the door wasn't working with the key. There I was on a deadline with the cleaning crew who get paid by the hour arriving any minute. I called the first locksmith that I found with a good rating on Yelp and Shawn arrived about 15 minutes later!! He worked the door until it opened, avoiding drilling into the lock and ruining it. Apparently, the "smart" locks can tend to dislodge some mechanism inside that makes it smart. Sounds pretty stupid to me. Shawn was pleasant and professional. What a lifesaver! And now we have a locksmith that we can use again and recommend to friends! read more

Shawn is the best. Prompt and always has an answer!! Does not overcharge or have extra any silly charges.

I called to have our lock on our business front door changed at about 10am, he was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. He got there at about 2pm which is the time I told him we closed. His timing was perfect! He asked which locks needed to be changed and I showed him. He had completed the job, collected payment and was gone in about 15 minutes! Amazing work. I will definitely use Old Pueblo Locksmith again! read more

We wouldn't recommend anyone else! Shawn was available quickly, showed up for our appointment on time, and got right to work. He fixed our locks in about 45 minutes, was extremely reasonable, very helpful and informative, and didn't try to up charge us or sell us anything we didn't need for our store. Thanks, Shawn! We're filing you in our Rolodex as the only locksmith we need. read more

Fast, fair, and friendly. Definatley call this guy.

I called Shawn immediately after our regular locksmith company (Bruce's Lock Shop) told me that they were "short-staffed" and wouldn't be able to send someone to our business before Friday afternoon (this was Tuesday morning that I was calling on) to unlock our cabinet with the keys for our lockbox in it. Shawn was attentive and quick to respond to the site and within minutes he helped us get into the locks. Great service, very personable, and reasonable rates! Thanks Shawn! read more

What a great experience we had with Shawn! Obviously getting locked out of our house wasn't great, but with the right phone call, it worked out. had called a different locksmith before calling Old Pueblo. After getting the runaround (in time and price) from the first company we called, Shawn quoted an exact price on the phone and showed up promptly. No dispatch, no BS. Being locked out of our house wasn't fun, but Old Pueblo made it easy to handle. If I EVER have a locksmithing need, OP will be my first call. read more

OPLC - Shawn is a master technician concerned with doing the job right at a fair price. He went above and beyond, reworking both the parts and the doors until everything worked perfectly. Polite, good humored and a skilled locksmith. And he's happy to start the process digitally. I sent photos and we discussed options before the work began - a time saver for both he and I. He will be my "go to" locksmith. I can't recommend his services enough. Call him. read more

Today was my second dealing with Shawn. He responds very quickly to requests for repair work. He has replaced a couple door locks/knobs several months ago, and today he arrived to replace a broken knob on another door. Shawn is extremely competent, polite and professional. Rates are fair and decent. I would recommend him for any job of this nature. In fact, I wish we had known of him first when we were overcharged by another locksmith in an emergent situation! Call him. read more

Locked myself out of my house last night, standing on the front porch in 100+ degree weather. I placed a call to Old Pueblo Locksmith Co. Within 10-15 minutes, Shawn, the owner, was at my door to solve my lock out within a few seconds. I really appreciated the prompt "emergency" service, professional attitude, and fair price. Would call for his assistance again! read more

I locked myself out of my house tonight. Shawn got here really quickly and did a great job getting me into my house (my locks are really tricky). Super friendly! Thanks Old Pueblo! read more

I chose this locksmith because of the reviews. Had locks changed on 4 doors. One lock broke when he was working on it. I specifically said I wanted the replacement to be auto-locking like what he was replacing and that it needed to be the same finish. He replaced it with a handle that was not self-locking (he said he puts those in because it's cheaper). I got back to him and said that was not acceptable and it needed to be like what was there and like all the other doors. He came back then and replaced it with the right type of lock in a finish that doesn't match. I was charged $245 for the first trip and an additional $130 for the second trip (including a second $60 service to replace the lock that he broke the first time). read more

Great response time. Fixed a difficult situation easly. Recomend to all tour friends.

I've used Old Pueblo Locksmith twice now, once for a rekeying and once to replace a faulty lock. Both times the service was responsive, knowledgeable and personable. I don't often need a locksmith, but when I do, I'll call Shawn. read more

Awesome fast service even late on a cold Sunday night. Very reasonable prices.

I left a detailed message and alas, more than 30 hours later, I have not received a return call. I'm just glad it wasn't an emergency.
