We got home late on a Friday night, about 11:00, to find the bottom lock on the door was locked, and we didn't have a key for it! We met Nathan & his assistant at the office to have 2 extra key fobs programmed for the car. It was raining & they went right to work .The key fobs I had from a few Christmas' ago, the batteries were dead& they replaced them& returned to the task. Gotta give 'em 5 Stars and an A for effort. Response was lickity-split. the tech, Jacob, called back within minutes and was at my door 20 minutes later. We had to pop the lock to get the car open but then it started right up. Huh? Jacob knew the key was in the car somewhere and he got down on his hands and knees searching every knook and cranny to find it. We looked EVERYWHERE to no avail. I had this locksmith to my house yesterday ( May 28, 2025 ) to remove a stuck and broken doorknob. This was done in about 30 minutes by a very polite and efficient young man. When it came time to pay for the service he called the owner who wanted $175 for this 30 minute service. I immediately said that was too much for what was done and the price was lowered to $150. This is also too much for what was done but I paid it because I did not request an estimate before the work started. I feel that I was charged too much. Any reputable business would look at the work and give an estimate before starting. I will not be using this locksmith again because of the excessive charge. I will also request an estimate before any work is begun by any locksmith in the future. read more

They charged $549 for 60 minute service. I called to have puck style padlocked removed from AC security cage and was quoted $300. When it turned out to be 2 locks, they charged me another $250 even though tradesman was already onsite. Never disclosed up charge before doing second lock. Did not clean up at all after work. I asked if I could send pictures to get a full quote before they came out and he said that if I don't like how they do it then I can call someone else to help.
