Daniel was the only locksmith that answered the phone after 7 PM when I locked my keys out of my car. He told me he would be there in half an hour and it took him exactly half an hour. He was very quick, efficient and professional. He seemed to have a lot of tools and know the particular challenges of my car. He also gave me advice about how to work with my insurance company and he gave me a written receipt. Daniel is the best. He really is. After a really stressful week, I decided to top it off by locking my keys in my car while I was cleaning it. When I needed to make a grocery run because I was famished. On a Saturday night. At 9:30 pm. Lovely. I called another company that ended up being a dispatch service. When I couldn't even get a ballpark price, or even the cost of the service fee, I told him not to bother, got a text confirmation of the cancellation, and called Daniel. As it turns out, they both showed up. At the same time. Even lovlier! I'm really glad that I called Daniel because, not only did he unlock my car, he helped me deal with the other company that I'd cancelled with. He went way beyond what I expected, he was incredibly cool to me and asked for less than what he quoted me over the phone. What should have been a lousy situation was turned into a very positive experience.
