Jimmy deserves way more than 5 stars! Plus he had me at hello! The locks to my house had all developed problems so I called and left a voicemail. Within 20 minutes or so he called back just to say he'd gotten my message but was on a job and would call me as soon as he could. And he did! Then, he came by to assess the problems and my needs. It was urgent as I was scheduled for an upcoming medical procedure at the hospital. Jimmy was really understanding and worked me into his very tight schedule. When he and Mark arrived, they made all the repairs, installed one of those wireless locks, keyed everything alike, and even adjusted the locks on the metal gate around my house (it was 110 degrees outside)! Five stars plus ! Did I ever luck out finding Jimmy and Mark to completely redo all my door locks on two properties . This project went WAY beyond installing new locks ....the doors were a mess ! Nothing closed or stayed closed, and some I could barely open . "Vintage" is the word ,,,, 1972 , 1982 hardware , not to mention a plate of mystery keys . Now I have two keys ... one for each property . All the outbuildings , gate .... everything is so easy ! And my doors just click shut ! No pulling , lifting and finessing . I am amazed ! RJ's is the best locksmith service I have ever used. They are responsive, incredibly skilled and very reasonably priced. No reason to go anywhere else for your locksmith needs when you have a company like this in the Tucson area. We recently bought a home here in Tucson and needed to rekey the entire house with multiple variations of lock types. Mark and Jimmy were able to rekey the entire house to one key in spite of the many lock types. Had an entry door that suddenly would not open. I took the door knobs off & tried to work the latch bolt, but no go. I called Jimmy & he told me what he would do/try to get it fixed. The tricky part was getting the old latch bolt out, but was able to do it. Went to a hardware store, bought replacement latch bolt, installed it and yippee!! Jimmy was very nice and was easy to call (always answered the phone). I'm not sure if this was typical for a locksmith to do, but I was very impressed.
