This locksmith is legitimately the fastest, kindest, most efficient, most available, and highest value service I have ever received of it's kind. The smith was at my house earlier than what was asked, at thirty minutes notice, at 10pm on a Friday. 10pm on a FRIDAY! Like a true professional, he said hello, with a bright, kind smile, and went directly to work in getting the keys out of my Jetta. He was professional and sensitive with his tool use, every pry and maneuver calculated as to not permanently damage the lock. While he was concentrating on getting the key out, he still held a really great conversation with me, talking about random stuff in order to get my mind off of the not so great night I was having. Part therapist and part locksmith, if you need that. All and all, despite the older model, and the trickiness of the electronic of the electric locking mechanism, it took him less than ten minutes. There was absolutely no damage to the car, the lock, or anything else. He then walked to his car so I could pay, did not add any hidden charges (or even ask for a tip, which blew my mind given the quality of the service), and let me know that I should file for reimbursement with my insurance. I, in truth, didn't even know you could do that, but I did, and just got my money back today. In other words, the man went out of his way to get me a free locksmithing service, even when he didn't have to. That's what I call going above and beyond. Overall, flawless experience. A masterclass in customer service and professionalism. If I could go past 5/5, I would, but I will instead be calling on them for all my locksmithing needs in the future. Jacob arrived made 2 keys which worked immediately . These were the electronic keys, the way, for which following a vandalism and repair job the dealer could not get to work. We had a terrible experience with this company which engages in price-gauging and dishonest practices. I was charged $49 for the tech to show up; then, $60 for a lock part that I saw on Amazon for less than $7; $95 labor to work on my garage door lock that took 30 minutes at the most. In addition, I gave them a $100 deposit for a patio sliding glass door locking handle that I asked him to cancel the following morning (within 12 hours of ordering it), but he said it was too late and he would have to charge me $42 shipping to cancel it. I rejected that offer. In addition, the price he quoted for the patio locking handle was $175, but I bought one online for $35 with free shipping. To get my $100 deposit back for the part that I never received, I had to go through my credit card company. Oh yes, he also charged me tax on labor which is against Arizona law. I have reported this company to the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the BBB, and my credit card company. I finally got my deposit back and the illegal tax he charged me on labor.
