Apparently when changing out my ignition switch Robert messed something else up and now my car won't start whatsoever. I am now forced to start my car with wires essentially hot wiring my own car. The alarm specialist I spoke with (I thought my alarm system was prohibiting my car from starting) specified that whoever replaced my ignition switch must have tripped something and that is what's wrong. I called many times and left even left a text message to try and get ahold of Robert however he has purposely ignored my calls and sent them straight to voicemail. I would not have wrote this if he would have called me back in order to try and resolve the problem. Try this business at your own risk

He replied promptly, was professional, and quoted me significantly less than the dealership, which had told me they would charge a $150 fee that would be applied whether the key worked or not. Key Hound Locksmith also said he could even cut me a door lock key, which I didn't have before because the original dealership key was welded; when the weld broke, the key fell out without me noticing. He showed up and was done with my key in about 15 minutes, and I paid exactly what I was quoted which was less than both the other places I called.
