My family tried the boozy hot chocolate, wine, and a couple of drinks from their solid coffee selection. The staff was friendly and kept things moving smoothly even with the festival crowd. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5--is the limited snack options. It would've been nice to pair the drinks with a few more bites, especially during such a busy event. Overall, though, Proletariat is definitely worth a stop if you're exploring the Strand. Great drinks, great vibe, and a perfect little retreat during Dickens on the Strand.
