Great service and locally known as the BEST Micheladas in town. Do it! It is attached to a super cute local vendor store!

A rustic, seasoned corner bar within a marketplace: great people, great vibe, great atmosphere and great music! Perfect for those who want to visit the island without the island chaos.

The basic bar attached to peanut butter Warehouse.music is a jukebox that plays country western but the beer is cold and tables outside make for good people a nice on tourist respite

Adorable seating options made my local artisans.

A fun looking place but service was very slow. Servers were busy chatting with locals. We left after a long wait.

They're located in downtown Galveston in a part of town that was once a red light district. Their menu is "beach drinks". That's the vibe. You can get anything from a Negroni or Old Fashioned to a Highball, French 75 and everything in between. I live for that frozen strawberry daiquiri though. The cocktail menu is extensive! Did you know they have a speakeasy tiki bar too? Funky, beachy, tiki vibe decor. Great employees. It's The Pineapple Parlor and primo! See my review on it.

It's one of the best craft cocktail destinations on the island - and with a tiki flare. It's great to see it open after almost a decade. (We went there in 2016 when it first opened for a Yelp meetup; got to meet the owner, try some cocktails, and everyone had a great time.) Happy hour is Mon all day and Tue-Fri 4-7pm with $6 cocktails. Such a deal. They now have a "speakeasy" called the Pineapple Parlor. Barkeep told us there'd be a $6 admission per person; and since the space is small, there's limited seating. We opted to stay inside the DTO area for old fashioneds and Southside ($8 gin, lemon, mint).

The entrance is so fun and charming. I love how 50s hula music is playing while you enter the bar. The hula girl wallpaper in the bathroom also plays well into the theme. One of my friends was six months pregnant at the time and found the mocktail selection to be really good. We were quite full from dinner but didn't mind the snack offerings. I explained I'm gluten intolerant, and the bartender went through the snack pairings I could have. My drink (Speaky Tiki Old Fashioned) came with the rice, and it was so, so good. We actually plan on coming back this weekend, and I'm salivating at the thought of the crispy rice. Don't skip out on this place! It's one of the best speakeasies I've been to.

Well, well, well, Pineapple Parlor, aren't you a sight for sore eyes?…read morePineapple Parlor is a tiki speakeasy lounge offshoot off Daiquiri Time Out in historic downtown Galveston (former Red Light District, in fact). I mean what better place for a tiki bar than a beach town? The drinks menu is as extensive as DTO. They've got the tiki standards, Zombie and Painkiller as well as a slew of others. The Kumquat Tot is hands down my favorite. Kumquat, gin, mint, and a few other choice ingredients make this one of the most unique and refreshing cocktails I've ever had. Drinks are served in classic tiki glassware. I dig the vibe here real hard. It's rad. Decor is thatched walls, huts, voodoo, fire, and skulls. Mood lighting enhances the overall theme. The bartenders and servers are super cool. Visiting once just wasn't enough. In the words of The Terminator, "I'll Be Back".

You can't beat…read morethe atmosphere up there, and our server, Ravin, was very nice, soft-spoken, and seemed new but eager to please. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We ordered two craft strawberry mint lemonades ($16 each), but despite the bar being lined with sliced garnishes, neither drink contained mint or any garnish at all. It felt more like a shortcut than a craft cocktail. When we arrived, the TV was playing the news -- which we didn't mind -- but a manager came over and literally shut it off mid-segment, which was awkward. We also tried to pay with cash, but the bar wasn't set up to handle it. After waiting quite a while for them to figure out change, we finally gave up and used a credit card. Overall, the Tremonté Rooftop has potential, but the service, execution, and atmosphere just didn't match the price point. We won't be rushing back.
