Went here to get some shorts (in the winter, so I wasn't expecting much). They had a whole wall with dozens of options for men's shorts. Asked a representative where the women's shorts were. She was confused why I would be looking for shorts, and kept insisting I was looking for leggings. She led me to the athletic section of the store, where they had three pair of women's shorts. Skintight bikini bottoms, basically. I explained I was traveling and she said leggings would be fine for travel...I don't know if they had some deal going on or what. This isn't the first time I've been here, and it's usually my last resort. The jeans are always a little too expensive, the fitting rooms a little dirty, cashiers always try to push an Old Navy card. The front doors were broken so it was very cold in the store. It's not a bad place to go if you're looking for a millennial fit, I guess, but try Kohl's or Urban Outfitters instead. read more

It's always kind of amazing to me how the clothes here can get cheaper and cheaper in quality. Like others have mentioned, they are really AGRESSIVE about getting you to sign up for their emails here. At most places you can say no thank you and they'll move on. Here I had to say no 3 times and press cancel on the screen myself before she would let me check out. I don't usually find much in Old Navy though I'm constantly giving them a try. Today was a good shop. I needed a hoodie as the temperatures had dropped. Lo and behold, I not only found one in my size, I had choices. And they were on sale! The shop was tidy and it was organized and the young lady who rang up my purchase was efficient. Nothing wrong with the store. Just absolutely cannot stand that every time I try to check out I get harassed to sign up for the rewards program. I've said no countless times and this past weekend I was basically forced into it and I clearly stated I didn't want to sign up because I didn't want emails. The store rep said "they won't send you emails it's just to get discounts and access to sales!". Well my inbox has been flooded with emails since then despite having unsubscribed twice now. I'm sure the employees get some sort of reward for getting customers to sign up. But no means no. Teach your employees to lay off. Really extremely annoying when I'm simply trying to just pay for my items and leave. read more

Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and I feel like ON provides a good product at a fair price. They offer of-the-moment fashion at accessible prices in a wide range of sizes, which is great! The problem I have with THIS store is that they seem to cater mainly to plus-sizes. If you need 1X-4X clothing, it's probably a good bet for you. If you're a XS/S, you probably won't find much here. I can't be sure if they are selling out of my sizes quickly, or not stocking them at all, but either way seems like an inventory management issue if you've got racks on racks of 1X-4X styles on super clearance (just begging to get rid of them) and meanwhile I can never seem to find my size even in just-in styles. read more

I've always been a huge fan of Old Navy ever since they opened. Somehow the clothing just fits me perfectly in both proportion and style, it's like their designers have a direct line into my brain! This particular store is not quite as well-stocked as the one up in Auburn Hills, but I always manage to find at least $100 worth of goodies every time I go in. That's saying a lot when the clearance rack is always full of cute tops & bottoms for like $5 apiece! The thing that really impresses me about this particular location is the service. Every time I've been there, the employees have been cheerful and extremely helpful. On my first visit, I asked a young lady about whether they had a dress in a certain size, and when she learned that they did not, she researched and gave me a list of the four closest stores with all their phone numbers and how many dresses each store had in my size! Now that is going above and beyond, particularly for a dress costing less than $20. I felt kinda silly just buying the next closest size after she'd gone to all that work, but it was close enough and I'm too lazy to get back in the car and go all the way to another Old Navy, lol! I haven't had to ask for that much service since that first visit, but I always feel welcome and like I have plenty of help. I seriously don't expect a ton of service with my $5 t-shirts, but it makes me very happy anyway! read more

I generally have to shop online because I'm considerably taller than the average female. This includes Old Navy, whose tall sizes can ONLY be had online. For the items that have more "flexibility" (capri pants, for example), I prefer to shop in the store and try on the items. This particular location seems better organized than most, and the sales people are generally helpful. read more

Old Navy stands as a testament to American consumerism where one size fits all, except those on the extremes. Literally: an Old Navy medium fits small to extra-large without actually fitting anyone well. It's as cookie cutter as it comes: same layout, same fresh-faced employees, same discount-price stock, even the same problems. Stock clutches onto half a hanger and the war against keeping sizes in order or at least in their proper department was lost years ago. Long lines shuffle slowly up to zombie cashiers confounded by pressing more than two buttons. At the rate the current generation is going, they will be unable to resist the impending Undead Apocalypse. At least we'll look rather stylish in hip new colours as we succumb to the walking damned. Nothing about Old Navy makes me clutch my pearls in glee or outrage. The clothes are modern and slightly soulless, designed to be slouchy and casual. They lack the pizzazz that begs me to run away with three shirts or the sophistication suitable for the office. They're slubbed clothes, walk around on a lazy Sunday without a care clothes. My 18-year-old alter ego might be excited by Old Navy's stock, but I'm not any more. This store is cleaner than other Old Navys I've wandered into, but the staff shows the same lack of attentiveness or consideration. Maybe I show up during busy times - evenings, weekends, just like good dates - but no one has once offered to help out, even when I was visibly lost and seeking out an associate. As a previous review notes, it's also frequently overrun by children and tweens. Middle of the road, as far as quality and value go, but word to the wise: don't pay for anything full price here. Sales are frequent enough to chop a few bucks off, and their business model accommodates that in pricing. Online coupons and codes are good, and very often the tall sizes (which a girl of my 5'11" needs) are out of stock. read more

This review was in dire need of an update. I have taken away two stars for the following: Cleanliness and Service. First, let's start by saying that I LOVE Old Navy. I seriously don't own much else, and am a walking billboard for the company. Amy Poehler -- step aside. I was wearing Pixie pants last summer, before there was even a commercial. Not only am I a fan -- but I serve the kool-aid. I am consistently telling people how affordable it is and how you can really round out a wardrobe with their cardigans, wrap dresses and pixie pants. That is why I am hurt and betrayed. ON, for years we have enjoyed each others' company. I would stroll to visit you on my lunch hour and before long, you were whispering in my ear and had me handing over my wallet. You were my Target. I would come and visit, hoping to pick up a new cami, and leave with a shopping bag of delightful goodies. On my most recent visit to ON, I was shopping for a trip to Hawaii (don't hate -- just read the review). It is RARE that I use a fitting room at any store, I don't trust their mirrors. However, on this occasion, because shorts and swimsuits were involved (the shopping equivalents of a blind date), I made my way to the back of the store. First, let me start by saying this to all individuals working in retail -- NO ONE WANTS THE FITTING ROOM DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE ENTRANCE. I don't care if the security system on the fitting room door could rival that of an apartment in Newark -- no one is having it. It's feels like a violation of privacy. Even though you're behind a door - you're right there -- in front of the world. Your unshaved, winter white calves and mismatched socks on display for all to judge. When ALL the other fitting rooms are open, this is about the WORST option a store employee can give you. As I enter the fitting room, I am immediately skeeved out. It is filthy. I mean, DIRTY. The floor is unwashed and visibly unclean; debris is scattered and miscellaneous hangers are strewn about. Did I make a wrong turn in Albuquerque? Where was I? WalMart? The next 25 minutes of trying on my swag were near unbearable. At some point, a family had entered the fitting room area. One of the children, clearly not entertained by his mother's cell phone conversation, began opening and slamming all of the doors shut. Repeatedly. Repeatedly. Repeatedly. Look, I love little angels as much as the next person, and I get this is a family friendly store, but get a hold of you spawn already! Newsflash: Your child is obnoxious. While 99% of the time, I blame the parents (solely) for this, at some POINT the stores need to let people know this is not the Trampoline place. Finally finished trying on my new, exciting clothes -- I make my way to the register. First, I am happy they added the bank barriers for a line. I was constantly amazed by the number of people who would walk past the line of 10 individuals and march up to a register behind someone. Because, OBVIOUSLY we are all standing there because there was a shortage of Incredible Hulk lunch boxes and the Memorial Day Pig Banks -- and we're waiting for them to re-stock. Up at the register I throw down about $200 in clothes. And this is where I lose it. As my clothes are swiped, I am asked, not once, not twice, not three -- but FOUR times if I want an ON credit card. The first three times I politely said no. On the fourth attempt, I started to feel vulnerable. Clearly no doesn't mean no at ON. I looked directly at the cashier and said, "This is the fourth time you have asked, and like the previous, my reply is still no. I have been very polite, but have had enough, please do not ask again." Look, I know for a fact corporate requires you to sell X amount of credit cards per month -- but this is NOT the way. I am a regular shopper and this experience seriously alienates people like me. Anyway - I'll bump the rating back up if they clean the store and stop honey badgering customers. Until then, order online. The lack of star is purely personal, as I hate stores with children in them. That being said, this is a great location. The service is friendly and helpful and the store is always neat and clean. You always know what's on sale, what's new and can find someone to help you get a different size. The return policy at Old Navy is great, and is largely based on the "Customer is Always Right" mentality. I bought a pair of slacks, washed them accordign to the directions and they shrunk up about 2 inches. I took them back in and explained. They kindly exchanged them for me (they would have returned them too, just not the option I took). If you are going to shop Old Navy, I recommend this store. A large stock, a friendly staff and not too many small children. read more

This store is big, and very clean and well kept. I only go to old navy for solid tshirts and tanks to wear under things. For $5 you cant beat it. The clothes don't last forever but you get what you pay for. They have a goid clearance section here. Always fast check out. Old navy in general is just a 3 store. read more

What's not to like about Old Navy? The place has everything you could possibly want in the season that you wanted at a great price all the time. On my recent excursion today I got two full bags of clothing three very thick sweaters three nice polos and half a dozen T-shirts and other items. I have a moment to shop today... I walk in on the day only sale and it was my luck it was 50% off almost everything in the store. What I got for under $200 was three heavy sweaters two sweatshirts one pair of pants three pairs of boxers 4 T's and 2 long sleeve dress shirts. If you lose the five through the average price per ticket is about $13 an item. If you don't include the boxers which were half off, the average item price was $16 dollars an item for a clothing of no lesser quality than I believe I could find and any similar store for even twice the price, aside from possibly TjMaxx on a good day. read more

I usually order all my Old Navy stuff online, but when I need to return I bring it to this store. I always find this store to have a very long line. Always. Irrespective of the quality of the merchandise (LOW), the staff here are terrible. On the rare occasion I have to shop here, I can never find anyone on the floor or in the fitting rooms. I came in this store to shop for back to school uniforms. It was very unorganized and messy. Not a pleasant experience. I asked for assistance a couple of times and I guess the employee forgot about me, so I had to figure things out on my own. I wish they had been a bit more organized. Their sized do run small.
