I believe the young lady named Sosa (I may be mistaken on her name) was incredibly sweet and helpful--she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of while shopping. At one point, I even found myself helping a couple of ladies in the fitting room with dresses to try on--just an old habit from my years working in retail! That alone speaks to the positive, community-like energy in the store. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who introduced herself as the new brand manager, and she is absolutely amazing. She's a fantastic addition to the team, and I'm confident she will help build an incredible clientele and continue to elevate the JAUS brand. Overall, JAUS is a beautiful boutique with an amazing team and an inviting shopping experience. I can't wait to come back!

I mailed it back the very next day and was told by Elizabeth that since 2 associates were able to steam clean the stain out that I would not be receiving a full refund!!! It was more than I wanted to spend, but the quality means it will last for years. Most of us females know when you find something that fits perfectly, you buy it. Good service and good quality means repeat customers every time.
