I believe the young lady named Sosa (I may be mistaken on her name) was incredibly sweet and helpful--she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of while shopping. At one point, I even found myself helping a couple of ladies in the fitting room with dresses to try on--just an old habit from my years working in retail! That alone speaks to the positive, community-like energy in the store. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who introduced herself as the new brand manager, and she is absolutely amazing. She's a fantastic addition to the team, and I'm confident she will help build an incredible clientele and continue to elevate the JAUS brand. Overall, JAUS is a beautiful boutique with an amazing team and an inviting shopping experience. I can't wait to come back!

Received a dress with a wet circular stain on it and thus company refuses to refund my credit…read morecard!!! I mailed it back the very next day and was told by Elizabeth that since 2 associates were able to steam clean the stain out that I would not be receiving a full refund!!!
