I can't be more pleased with my decision, Ken was patient, professional and made me the kind of suit I never thought I'd be able to own, it's incredible. I called him in the middle of August to find out the status. He had to call me back and told me that fabric was on back order and just came in. He put a rush on it but I will have the tuxedo for the wedding. I have never heard of any manufacture that will not offer a different material as a replacement??? Lets face it he forgot to order it. He then calls in Sept. informing me the tuxedo will not be ready for the wedding. I told him to just make sure I had the tuxedo for my sons wedding on Dec 11 2021. I had to wear an old tuxedo to my nieces wedding. It was embarrassing. In Oct. I was told the Tuxedo was in. I went for a fitting and could not believe the tuxedo was about 3 sizes to small. He said he didn't know how this happened and took my measurements again. On Nov 18. I once again went for a fitting. The tuxedo was nice but needed some minor adjustments and the satin stripe down the legs were not put on. I went yesterday and the stripe was still not put on the pants. I am 9 days away from my sons wedding. He added the stripe and brought the tuxedo to my house last night. He put the tuxedo in a garment bag that had a horrible stench to it. He had to smell it when he put the Tuxedo in, but he did it anyway. The tuxedo picked up the smell. Luckily my wife had a spray that took the smell out. What kind of person does something like that. A sincere apology would have been nice. Never given. How about here is a bow tie on me. The last thing I need is another bow tie. I not the point, it's the Act. How about I know you been back and forth more that you should have. I have an espresso for you. Again I don't need a cup of coffee. It the gesture. Four and a half months to get my Tuxedo from him. When i went back to exchange for correct size they made excuses after excuses. Guy acted like he was running a street scam, not a place of business. A Wan-a-be hustler. By the time I made it through one section of the store, I was sweating like I had just run a marathon in July. Forget trying on clothes--I was trying to stay conscious. The employees looked just as miserable. The poor guy at the register looked ready to faint barely 20 minutes into his shift. I honestly felt bad for him. To make matters worse, even the manager mentioned how unbearable the heat was and practically begged me to tell someone because the staff is suffering. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there simply isn't any, but something needs to be done. Customers shouldn't need electrolyte drinks and a cooling vest just to browse for socks. Great prices, but the temperature inside felt like Primark: The Oven Edition. Please turn the AC on before someone melts into the floor.

In particular they had advertised in their window hats that would be embossed with your name. My parents eagerly purchased this item. When we came to pick up this merchandise, it was embossed alright with black magic marker that was done by the punks behind the counter by hand. They refused a refund to my parents for this rip-off. For the next 50 years we never stepped foot in this den of thieves and never failed to mention the caliber of the owner. They made their money for decades but how honestly - who cares. When boots didn't work they asked follow up questions to understand why and tried their best to find a boot that would be a better fit. We tried several boots before finding one that was perfect. It was a group effort & im thankful to the guys at the store for their assistance! The store has a large variety of composite tie boots and some steel toe.
