I kindly left a voicemail for a refund yet she still did not respond. I called this morning now (day AFTER prom) and I more firmly asked for my refund, at which point she answered the phone and told me my son's suit has been in her shop for several days!! I became angry because she lied to me either yesterday, when I had her in the phone the afternoon of the prom and she told me the "shipment" won't be in until 2pm, or she's lying now. Either way, I want her to hand us a suit or our money! I've given her every chance to make this right yet she yelled at me on the phone saying she "don't do refunds" and hung up on me. He was not only accepting of that, but almost encouraging of it. But after leaving I turned around and went back in to buy the shirt. He had just closed the store, but opened the door and let me in to buy the shirt. He repeated if I have any troubles with it then do not hesitate to return it.
