The issue was noted when we washed one of the (2) blankets and noticed the strings were loosening on one of the blankets. So as stated we visited the location so that we could express our concern. The lady at the counter would not allow my spouse to explain the problem and automatically blamed us for the defective product. The employee would not even examine the blanket for herself. The employee was very argumentative and stated that all items must be hand washed, our blankets did not have any type of instructions on how to care for them neither did the receipt describe otherwise. The blankets in question were not ruined we just wanted to be reassured on how we can have (1) of them possibly rethreaded? Unfortunately the Lady working the counter chose not to listen to the customer but rather argue and blame us. There were "Red Flags" from day one when we placed the order, since that day our blankets were over 10 days late and we never received a call from them, we had to contact the store and they told us their sewing machine was broken and that is why there was a delay?? A phone call would have been nice! More so the older gentleman who placed the order indicated that once the blankets were washed to not be concerned on how wrinkled they get but to make sure to have it ironed. Not once did he state they should be hand washed. On 05/24/16, The older gentleman was also there and admitted to us that he did not indicate specifically on how the blankets should be washed. Both women and older man were extremely disrespectful to my spouse, our new born baby and Myself. I was in total disbelief. I apologize for such a long review but we have never had such unprofessional interaction from a store that should be more mindful of their customers. The store sells what appears to be very nice Spaniard fabric clothing and other apparel and accessories for babies but as for the customer service and overall treatment you might as well go to a store front in the slums of Miami! Horrible experience! Stay away. They will kill you with kindness at first but once you give them your hard earned money don't expect them to help you with any type of exchange or return. We were not looking for a refund or a new blanket all we were looking for was a way to help fix the product and we were not given the opportunity to explain that to the people working there.

Unfortunately, after multiple delays which she claimed was related to shipping delays from her manufacturer what I received at the fitting was far from what was promised -- the dress looked cheap-(dollar store rhinestones glued on a fluffy mess of uneven tulle), rushed, and bore little resemblance to what we had discussed. It was not wearable and so bad that she acknowledged it was not what I had ordered and I was assured it was a mistake and that it would be corrected in time. However, after multiple delays and broken promises, I was told -- just four days before the event -- that the dress could not be delivered at all. This left me completely without an outfit for the wedding. What's most frustrating is not just the poor quality, but the lack of accountability and professionalism. When I told her I would be traveling an hour with two little kids to come to her store and asked her if the dress was ready for the fitting she delayed multiple times then had the nerve to tell me yes when she knew it was not salvageable. She even told me it was beautiful but wouldn't send a picture when I requested multiple times. If I had been told earlier that the dress wouldn't be ready, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was strung along and left scrambling at the last minute. I would not recommend this service or doing business with any of her brands to anyone looking for reliability, quality, or basic professionalism. Proceed with caution.

Dear Again and Again,…read more I've stopped in on a couple of occasions just to peruse the store. There's a lot of interesting items, vintage finds and the like. I've seen really neat clothing items that reminded me of something straight out of the 70s and clothes that I wish I would have considered picking up. The store is really filled top to bottom with stuff and one has to be very extra careful not to accidentally bump into anything, due to the tight proximity of the items. I mean, where I walked I was inches from knocking something over! Scary. I would hate to be responsible for taking down half the store... One thing that has turned me off on my visits has been the price. I expected to find more reasonably priced items and instead found everything to be a bit on the expensive side. Our asking price was $300. Second, the minute you walk out they mark it up as you would expect any retailer to do. I sent a shopper into their store to inquire about my $1,500 desk I had left there a few weeks earlier. She was told it was $600 which would have left the store with a $300 profit. She asked if the store would consider $500 and was told no. My wife and I called every few weeks and was told the desk still hadn't sold. Roughly six weeks later we called to inquire if it had sold and we were told the desk was indeed sold. However, since we'd missed our required 'call-in' by roughly ten (10) days, the desk was no longer ours and we would be receiving NO money. The desk had been hijacked by the store owner and sold, probably for a lot less than $500 or $600 since the store owner could now keep ALL the proceeds from my desk for themselves. WHAT A GREAT BUSINESS MODEL! Act like a consignment store and ask for high prices, Second, just wait for sellers to miss a deadline and then greedily grab their goods. DO NOT give the seller any notice. Third, sell only when you can keep 100% of the profits on 'free' merchandise. My advice for ANYONE considering leaving any item with them for 'consignment' to instead just use Craigslist. You'll be in control, and you won't take a beating at the hands of this ruthless shop owner. Besides, the store was largely filled with undesirable junk and really old cheap stuff.

The store employees were very helpful in finding clothes my size at the store as well. Also another big plus was the fact that there was no lines at the store and this was Black Friday!
