I don't have to worry about any of this. I came to this store located in the Florida Keys Outlet mall because a family friend is pregnant and is soon going to being having a little girl. So here I was lost... wondering what in the world will I buy? Thankfully this store is easy to get around in and find something to buy. I found a group of onesies that came together (3) that had a cute unicorn motif and then a little dress that had the same type of unicorn. I thought hmmm this looks nice (I think... what do I know?) and went to the register and bought it. Pretty painless experience. I got the 4 items for just over $20 which is not bad (there was a sale going on it seems). If and when I have any children...I will come back here.

I'm talking about first quality clothing for under $5 bucks sometimes! It seems like the entire store is on sale even though it's an Outlet Store. There are "Take an additional 30, 40, 50%" everywhere!! There are deep discount in nearly all the sections! I don't know why "you" are NOT shopping here for your kids, nieces, and nephews, or even gift items. We were greeted by friendly staff members as soon as we walked in every time. We were checked periodically by associates to see if we needed assistance. An associate then volunteered her help because she didn't like the way a jeans fitted one of my daughters...lol (they were high-waters). She suggested another pair and it was perfect. Every time we went back, she gave us a big smile and called us her favorite customers. These little things gives customers great confidence in shopping and spending money at an establishment. This store has Great customer service, great associates...I plan on going back, maybe today!!

While everything is technically second-hand, some of it is still in the original packaging and never used. Given that some of this stuff will only be used a few times or for a short period, it's a pretty good deal. Aside from just clothing, they also carry toys, strollers, baby slings and carriers, books, infant care items, blankets, and roller skates. They have items intended for everything from newborns to pre-teens. For Miamians, I think the cold-weather clothing might be particularly useful because buying snow boots and jackets for a child that will outgrow the items before next year's trip up North would otherwise be unnecessarily costly. You can also bring in your own items and they will try to sell them for you and give you a cut of the sale. You can then take a check if your balance is over a certain amount, or use your store credit there. They'll only accept clean items in good condition, and items that meet certain standards. The drawbacks: the store is a bit small and crowded, so it's not ADA accessible and some of the items are located in places you wouldn't think. You have to spend some time and look around to find things sometimes.

Yes, they have a selection of reduced/discounted clothing. But, if you are looking for anything on the website, the items are full price. The discounted clothing is not found on the website. They have one dressing room and an employee assists you. He sprays and wipes down the dressing room between clients. I was lucky I only had to wait a few minutes to try on shirts. If it had taken more time, I would have been tempted to just try on over my tee. Everyone working here is very friendly and helpful. Happy with my purchase, though it was not discounted.

One of the things I always wished the mall would have was a Polo Ralph Lauren store. Well! My wishes finally were answered when on Black Friday I found that store finally opened in that mall! Awesome! I love Polo! I have since high school! I went in to see if they had any jackets, as I needed some as I was going up north to Ohio. Only found a small tiny amount of them... that kinda sucked. Still the store had plenty of other clothes at great prices... and the store employees did their best to help me. Another great store in the Florida Keys Outlet Mall!
