I came by my local Footlocker for a few reasons: 1) I've never been to it and was curious about its…read moreselection and service. 2) Even though I have more than enough sneakers to fill my needs now, if there was one for a good price I could buy another pair and 3) My mother desperately needed a new pair of sneakers...she only has two and they are pretty used and beaten up. We all have a family vacation coming up next week and she needs comfortable shoes to go out and about Washington. She told me she had been having problems finding somewhere that sells sneakers in her size....she has wide feet. And, I know that is a problem for even the men side of my family has....most shoe stores have a small, barely existent selection of shoes for men with wide feet. But she said she has not been able to find even when she went to one of the few lady foot lockers in south Florida (closest one is Doral). I was very surprised. So I said let's just go to get the regular foot locker and see what we can find. We were immediately greeted at the door by two employees, who quickly went to assist us. Store is small, but clean and orderly. I interestingly noted that the men's section of the store dwarfed both the women's and children's section. The ratio was 50% men, 25% Women, 25% kids. They attempted to find shoes for her but were stymied by the limited selection. They only found a few shoes in her length...none in her width. She tried putting them on and she could barely get them in and they according to her were painful. We asked if we could place an order and they said they couldn't order shoes in her size. Well that's not fair. Heck I've ordered shoes in wide feet in the past at Footlocker. When did this change? Footlocker needs to increase its selection of shoes for those who don't have normal sized feet. At the very least they should be able to order shoes for those that don't. Is the service good here...yes. Is the store nice....yes....but if we can't buy your shoes...what the point?

Items are grouped by type and size. They had swimsuits in all sizes for $7.99 per piece (top & bottom). One wall had small sizes for $2.98!!! There were sweaters & sweatshirts for $2! Panties we're just $2.99 & they literally had thousands! The changing rooms were attended & super clean. The gal working them was happy to chat & said she had also gotten the bikini I was trying. I am familiar with the brand but have never shopped or purchased any Under Armor products....I have been historically been a Nike Guy...heck I have been bought more adidas products in the past and that was years ago. I came in to see if there was anything I would like and to also find some sneakers for my mother for the upcoming family vacation to DC. The store has a large selection of Under Armor clothing: T-shirt's, jackets and other apparel. It does not have a huge shoe selection....it's like a treasure hunt really. Interestingly though...she did find a pair of women's sneakers in her size that fit perfectly. Either they sell wide women's shoes here or they were wide enough for her feet. Did she end up buying them....no. She wasn't too keen on the design of these particular sneakers but it was good to note we could in the future find shoes that fit her. I also took the time to peruse the men's section and saw a large number of sneakers that I would definitely wear. Check this place out if you ever hit the outlet mall.

Subject: Formal Complaint - Unresolved Refund and Lack of Communication…read more I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the handling of my return and refund with Best Buy. On January 13, 2026, at approximately 5:11 PM, I visited a Best Buy store to exchange an item. I received a credit for the returned product and used that credit to purchase another vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, that vacuum did not work out. On February 9, 2026, at approximately 4:26 PM, I returned the vacuum to the store and was informed that the refund would be issued back to my original form of payment. I was told that once the item shipped, I would receive a confirmation and my refund would be processed. A few days later, due to what appeared to be confusion with the packaging or return process, the vacuum was mistakenly sent back to my home. I then returned to the store again on February 16 at approximately 5:11 PM to bring the item back. During that visit, Assistant Manager Edgar (Florida City location) assisted me. I want to acknowledge that Edgar was professional, helpful, and understanding of my situation. He took the time to listen to my concerns and advised me to follow up if the refund did not process. He even provided his business card. However, despite his efforts, the issue has still not been resolved. I have attempted to contact the store multiple times and have been unable to reach anyone. Now it is March 9, 2026, and I still have not received my refund of over $500. Since then, I have spoken with four different Best Buy representatives, and every single one has given me different information: One agent told me the refund was processed. Another told me it should appear on a gift card. Another said it was a different gift card. Another said to wait a few more days. Two weeks ago, I was told to call back if the refund did not appear -- and when I did, I was suddenly told that the purchase was made through a Best Buy Marketplace seller and that Best Buy could not assist me. This is extremely concerning because this was never mentioned during my return process, nor was it explained to me when I exchanged or returned the product in store. Additionally, I purchased this item directly through the Best Buy website, and at no point during my interactions with store employees or customer service was I informed that I would need to resolve refund issues with a third-party marketplace seller. The only notice I later found in an email stated: "For further assistance, please contact the marketplace seller directly through the Message Center, which can be accessed on your order details." However, Best Buy does not clearly communicate to customers during the purchase or return process that they may be dealing with a third-party seller and that Best Buy may not be responsible for refunds. If I had known that purchasing through the Best Buy website could result in dealing with a separate third-party seller for returns and refunds, I would never have purchased the product. After being a Best Buy customer for over 15 years, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, inconsistent information from multiple representatives, and failure to resolve a refund of this size is unacceptable. At this point, I feel as though I am simply out over $500 with no clear resolution. I am requesting that Best Buy: Immediately investigate this matter Provide a clear explanation of where my refund is Issue the full refund owed to me This situation reflects very poor customer service and internal communication, and it has unfortunately damaged my trust in Best Buy as a long-time customer. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved quickly.
