Secondly, I'm on my feet for 80% of the day so I must have comfortable shoes, at all times. Now it's alway good to find a bargain when shopping for shoes, and I love a bargain. The day I shopped here, I bought two pairs of shoes. Why? Because of their awesome 2nd pair half price sale that they are famous for. There is usually no more than (2) people working at a time and they don't bother you and let YOU shop! Unlike the big bog stores (Nike) they have like 50 people working in the store and they ask you every 5 minutes if you've been helped. Back to RRS, they place is quiet, clean, almost therapeutic visually. Visually looking at all the new & shiny shoes make you wanna buy them all! Ok, not really. I like their 'let you shop' approach, and when you do need help, their customer service is really good. The store ambiance is non-threatening as they play the music at a decent level. If you want a great shopping experience for shoes, in an easy-going atmosphere, at bargain deals then shop at this location of the Rack Room Shoes.

But now I'm really feeling the classics and decided it was time to treat myself to a pair. Raquel greeted me,saw the classics in my hand and let me know they ran big, even in youth sizes. I tried 3 different sizes and she never complained not once about going back and forth switching sizes. Found my pair but needed laces. I was caught by surprise as she lwt.me know they no longer sell them. But Raquel was cool and was like let me check next door. Now that was true customer service. She found my laces and after I paid I went right next door to pick up the laces. On my receipt Raquel also informed me about a survey to get $10 off my next purchase. Awesome experience and will definitely be using the coupon on my next visit!

The selection was pretty good. Could have more choices for his type of feet. The pair he chose were great, very hip and trendy. Our sales person, Miguel was very nice and helpful. This store is located inside Southland Mall. I don't come here often bc I don't really like the atmosphere it's a bit too teeny bopper for me, but it was conveniently located close to my home and I needed to get them quickly. There were not many in the women's size 6, but I spied two with fur! Both fit perfectly! Score! I ended up with 2 pair for $64. (I didn't get the limited edition Crocs, but I will order them online.)
