Of course they charge customers up front. Only after "I" made yet another phone call did they finally track it down. When I drove all the way back there to pick it up, she just handed me the shoe - no apology, no "sorry for any inconvenience" - nothing. I politely said "...you know, it would have been nice if you apologized for all the inconvenience and losing my shoe for several weeks." She just smugly smiled and said "have a nice day." They could care less!!! Now I'm going to contest payment through my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau etc. It's so easy to just say "sorry" - it goes a long way!! So when they handed us his suit back at the store, the 3 piece suit had been put back into a garment bag, they unzipped it and showed us one sleeve, which was pressed. We didnt feel the need to open it and further inspect the whole suit. We should have. Later that evening we pulled it out to find that the rest of the suit was not pressed as well as that sleeve, but what shocked us the most was there were GREEN STAINS ON HIS LINEN SUIT JACKET. I am a retired attorney, but still find myself going to evening events, and various formalwear events requiring a full suit, not sport jacket (think casual Miami). So we went to DXL and found only RL regular size suits which required major alterations (at a decent price). I did find a sport jacket that was perfect. Then I called Macys, Nordstrom, Brooks Bros., and Saks. No one was carrying my size. A few wanted to make me custom suits but at the $1,000 - 3,000 price range. I googled and Men's Warehouse came up. I called and did have my sizes. However, I ended up with a completely custom made Aboud suit for under $500. I chose the fabric from a good selection, the lining, the inner waist trim, pocket slant, etc. The salesman Sam (T. Siamak) was wonderful, helpful, and made some excellent suggestions. My wife was with me and he gave us plenty of space to discuss fabrics, and the way the sample jackets and pants lay on my body. No pressure - just comfortable guidance from the salesman. Obviously an excellent customer service mannerism. Kudos to Men's Warehouse for this particular hire. After we receive the suit, I will update this review.

I noticed this new store. Ahat a breath of fresh air - a nice unusual concept for this area, a vintage store. It is very nicely laid out, and worthy of visit. I love vintage, but I personally prefer to poke around myself to find my own treasures. But definitely a nice store for this area.
