Longchamp offers quality long lasting handbags, totes and other articles here…read more I have 2 Longchamps and just got a third, I cannot resist their styles. The ones I already had are approximately 4 years old, have been used to carry laptops, books, and all kinds of heavy, sharp items and both bags look brand new. The quality is well worth the prices! Longchamp just is understated amazing quality. Ignore the cool attitude of the sales people, they are always helpful - just a tad aloof.

Longchamp lovers will definitely dig its flagship store in Coral Gables' Merrick Park. I can't…read moreexplain my newfound attraction to its no-nonsense, stylish nylon tote bags but I found a desire to paw through its huge selection and dragged my BF here. Both, the leather and nylon handbag collections were on display along with a luggage line. The salesclerk was friendly and non-intrusive and I badgered her with questions from bag dimensions (she checked with a tape measure) to selection. She also spoke French if anyone's interested. A bonus was a lack of an intimidation factor in this boutique which is refreshing. I'm coming back again after I bring my laptop to see how it fits in their totes.

I was looking for a belt bag (cross body bag) for a trip to the West Coast that would serve double-duty; on hiking trails and out to dinner. The employee was just fantastic in understanding my needs! I had seen a couple bags online. One was outlet and one was not. I had wanted the bags to be canvas or nylon and not leather, both because of weight and hiking in Death Valley sweating! I had multiple choices and all were greatly reduced. They ranged between $100 and about $160 - down from as much as $500! I had a fun time looking and trying even though in the end, I didn't buy one. (I opted for a crazy expensive one from Gucci. LOL) If you are a Coach fan, definitely visit this outlet! Great inventory and super employees!

First time at an Under Armour store and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I was looking for a few…read moresports bras and went to their fitting rooms to try one size on, as they are alpha sizes (S, M, L, etc). While in my fitting room, I hear someone (I assume a manager) telling the girl working there to close the fitting rooms once the customers are out. Since it was 7:45pm and the store closes at 9:00pm, I figured he meant closer to closing time. The bras I tried fit a bit tight, so I left the fitting rooms to get another size and try it on. When I got back, the girl told me that the fitting rooms were closed. I mentioned that it was only 7:53pm and she said that she had to go help put all the clothes away. I knew she was just following orders and she was simply an employee there and I told her that, but I also told her that it was a HUGE inconvenience for the store to be open for over an hour and the customers were not able to try on what they wanted to purchase. I expressed that it was a HUGE inconvenience for customers and what they SHOULD do is hire another person to, either, help in the fitting rooms or help put clothes away. Needless to say, I was a potential customer who never was. I handed the girl the bras I had in my hand and went to the Nike store, which was just across from there. And, as it normally is in all store and SHOULD be, their fitting rooms were OPEN. Not only did I purchase sports bras there, but we ended up buying two jogging pants for my husband and they were not cheap. This was business that Under Armour could have easily gotten. The sad part of all this is that their main customers are tourists and most do not read reviews before purchasing at their store. Prior to leaving this review, I spoke to a co-worker who told me that her neighbor used to work at this store and had told her a while back that they tend to make their fitting rooms inaccessible. Apparently, they do this so that tourists buy hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars in clothing, leave to their country, and by the time they wear the new clothing and see that it does not fit them, logistically, it is too late for them to return the clothing. Given that one cannot give ZERO stars, I had no choice than to give them the pleasure of giving them one star.
