Scam artists! This place should be shut down! I ordered a pair of sneakers that were too big, and they sent a return label. They stated they would issue a store credit once they received the item. I tracked the box, it was delivered and havent heard from them since, this was a month ago. They do not reply to emails, nobody answers the phone and they won't accept messages on IG. I wish I read the reviews sooner. There should be a zero star option. Ordered sneakers 2 weeks ago and they still have not shipped. They refuse to answer any of my emails, don't pick up a phone and don't answer social media messages. It's a complete scam. Stay FAR WAY from this place. They should go to jail. read more

I ordered shoes size 6 W. My take as 6 wide. Well I received 6 medium. I sent an email & finally got through on the phone which kept coming back with mail box full & was told W meant women's & I should exchange for a size up. Of course the next size is out of stock & they will only give a store credit, no refund. I certainly will not exchange the shoes for something I don't want so I am out 81.97.I would not advise anyone to order from this company. Ordered a pair of sneakers and they sent me a pair of mix match kicks and refuses to answer my emails never ever again

I have not received my items yet so this review is off customer service alone. However, I ordered shoes and a shirt so if I dont like what I receive it it not their fault it is my own. I live in North Carolina, I came across this place on instagram. I am very hesitant to make online orders from places I have never been because there is no telling the quality of the Items you will get,or if you can even get in touch with the store if there is an issue. I saw some shoes I liked on their page and a shirt to go along with it for a reasonable price so I decided to give it a shot. I placed the order on Tuesday, on Wednesday I was notified by text message from a Charles who works at the store and was currently in the process of putting my order together. He informed me that the shirt I order had a defect on it so they cannot ship it out. Whether it was a defect or a shortage in availability, I was still appreciative of the prompt message and effort on their behalf. He then let me know that they had other sizes in that shirt available or other options if I was interested. I looked on their site and responded with a few pictures of other shirts I liked and he let me know which ones they had available in my size. He let me know he would replace my order with the new shirt. A few hours later I received the tracking info for my order. I will definitely be shopping with them again!! read more

THIS PLACE IS TRASH, don't waste your money! I ordered a pair of sneakers over two months ago and still have not received them. I called and the rep told me they didn't have the shoes in that store and had to get them from another location. Two months later I still have not gotten my shoes and now no one will respond to my calls or emails. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau now and I suggest you do the same. read more

Absolutely the worst! Bought some shoes from them which were perfect and i kept several pair. ordered a gym outfit in two different sizes fully intending to return for refund the one that did not fit. If you can believe this the store WOULD NOT PERMIT me to return the one that was way too small and get a refund!!!!!! i cannot remember when i ever ever last encountered this type of a hostile policy. Their merchandise was back in the mail to them the day after i received it. I never noticed something in tiny print that said merchandise cannot be returned for credit back to one's credit card. Instead i got a worthless store credit because i am way out of state for this company and will likely never purchase from them again. i caution anyone who plans on using a credit card with these people. i have opened up a dispute with my credit card company . I never ever do business with any company that does not allow a full return of purchase price FOR WHATEVER REASON and then tries to satisfy you with a store credit slip.
