Came by my local Kohl's for the first time. I needed some clothes for my upcoming vacation to DC, so I came to see if I could find some good deals especially when it came to jeans. I was in luck, they had Rock & Republic clothing on sale the day I came! Yeah! I love their clothes...I find the shirts to be comfortable and stylish and the jeans are so comfortable it almost feels like I am not wearing pants at all! Lol....well....not quite but they are incredibly comfortable and like the rest of their clothing are stylish. Sale was buy one get the second half off....so I bought four pairs of jeans and four shirts. I went around the rest of the store...store is clean and orderly...easy to find what you are looking for. Plenty of different changing rooms to try on clothing. Also one thing I love about Kohl's is there is a place to sit down near the area to try clothing on...if you come with a family and your stuck waiting for them to try on clothing....least you have a comfortable area to wait. After getting my Rock & Republic clothing and exploring the store I made my way to the check out line...this was the one problem with my buying experience...the line was gigantic...but only one store employee was at the register... I was there waiting 20 minutes before another two came in to help out....took another 15 to get out....that's way too long to be in line. Still issues at the checkout line aside....it was a great shopping experience! read more

Kohl's is a nation-wide store chain, with multi-million dollar campaign ads; however, I have never been an avid shopper of this store. This store is huge and sells everything from clothing, to shoes, housewares, to jewelry, to kitchen products; and everything in between. I have been here a hand full of time because its so close and conveniently located to my work site to home route. I have bought a few shirt, the sales on shoes aren't the best. But the I like to browse through the kitchen wares section for deals. Always check their clearance racks as well! 3 stars because its not an appealing shopping experience, prices are almost department store prices, very few deals or sales. But they mail coupons in the mail to encourage shoppers to visit. read more

Not the same as it use to be. I got every now and then. They have what I needed the day I went. Sales haven't been the same and they don't let you use expired coupons. Over easy in and out and not crowed at all. Past by when you can, take the trip and enjoy a good meal at a near by restaurant. read more

Came to Kohl's to get my Lorac powder. Being that it's Back to school weekend it was pretty full, needless to say I got my powder plus 2 other small things I needed and headed to the cashiers. Off course it was packed tons of people. As I'm walking to the other side I notice that the jewelry dept is empty so I ask the very nice lady their if I could pay my items. And I have to say she was a incredible. She immediately called me and even said she knows how I feel 3 Small items and to make that line would be terrible. Her name is Lorelei and she was just amazing. I had to look at her name and I promised her I woulda Yelp and comment on her And her incredible people / customer service professionalism. I hope that Kohl's corporate reads these reviews because they truly have a gem with this wonderful Woman. Lorelei you made my day with your infectious customer care attitude and overall kind and wonderful soul. To make this even more epic she told me she is in the middle of moving ( so I know first hand) how dreadful it is to work, move to a new place, and handle every thing else. So that made my interaction with Lorelei even more incredible and I'm Beyond happy with here impeccable level of customer first attitude and appreciation. Hope she gets a bonus or something from Kohl's because she is truly an example for everyone. What a gem You are! Lorelei. Was checked out with the most disgusting attitude by Rossi. Did not clearly listen to my request at checkout, Rossi was then upset about it. Threw the change on the counter. Absolutely horrible! I understand people have bad days, however, there is still a level of customer service you are to fulfill as part of your job. read more

I have the Most Valuable Customer card (MVC) so I shop and have shopped there a lot. I enjoy the store and the location. The majority of the employees I have had contact with were polite and helpful. I'm disabled, in a wheelchair and some employees have gone beyond to assist me. Yes there are some days better than others but that is with any business. I will continue looking for those good deals and especially the clearance racks. read more

New location . Pretty great deals. They carry many name brands unexpectedly. Like Vera Wang who knew?, I absolutely adore the no hassle return policy it's great even on items that are on sale. Returns no questions asked! read more

This is my local Kohl's store. You can find just about anything in here. Make sure you sign up for emails and you get coupons for % off and it does help. They do have a lot of clothes for teenagers and a small selection for regular women, but I still can find what I need here :) look for sales & you can seriously save money, regular priced items can be expensive. read more

Unhappy with a manager I spoke to. Disrespectful as well as I saw the way she spoke to one of her cashiers . I don't know how can a company can allow management to treat their employees this way.
