If I could put negative stars for the girl that mistreated me an my mother, I asked nicely to the girl in the register to please help me get a box from a top shelf that was to high for me to reach, she called 2 people through the speaker of the whole store, the girl that was a worker which I didn't know because she had a cart and no badge, I thought she was a costumer trying to start problems, no one came to help, and that same girl did not present her self to help, I grabbed the ladder and got the box, and the girl ended up insulting us so much she even wanted me to move so she can continue to do whatever she was doing, it was so disappointing how society is now in days I can go on of the insults but she called me a bitch, she almost hit my mom, my mom had to grab her hands she was waving at her face really closely and put them down and said please don't touch me, the cops never answered the phone... im very disappointed, the manager was a sweet heart I feel bad for anyone that ask for help and that girl ends up helping... people witnessed she almost hit my mom... Not as big as some of the other big lots I've been in I feel. Overall place was clean and all despite how busy it was inside. When the checkout lines started getting long, they opened up another register quickly so at least they're paying attention to what's going on with that when most places don't. There were employees in the aisles that were open to help so long as you asked. Despite it being right before Christmas, everything was well stocked for whatever could be needed. Didn't get to check out the furniture part next door sadly enough. read more

This place is not as big as the other Big Lots I have seen in other cities. It is convenient for my location. They have really good deals.They also have a furniture store connected with some pretty good furniture. I got a deal on two 5 shelves open front wooden book cases for $50 bucks + tax. You can also get everyday pantry items for cheap. I spent $14 bucks on everyday grocery items which would have cost me at least $25 dollars at Publix. You can sign up for their card (like CVS) and if you spend more than $20 dollars you can earn up to 20% off on your next purchase. read more

This review covers 2 visits. On my first visit I was attempting to purchase a set of storage units because they were buy one get one half off. The gentleman in the furniture section was helping a lady when I walked in which was fine and I let him know I needed help whenever he was finished. I was standing by a small desk that I was interested in (along with the storage units which would have been a $200 sale for him). But while he was helping the other lady, two other separate people came in. One stood by a bed and the other by a couch. They never asked for help but he went to help them before me once he finished with the original customer and even told me "Your gonna have to wait a minute" (verbatim) when I tried to get his attention. It felt like because they were standing by big ticket items, he wanted to help them first. So I waited for him to finish with them, made him pull 3 desks from the back, then walked out without the purchase (he caught me on a very petty day). My second visit was today. I went for one of the same cube storage units that I went for in my last visit and it is just a complete mess. It's supposed to be the 9 cube cherry wood storage unit but when I got it home and opened it it looked like someone returned it but most of the pieces weren't in it and the ones that were are either broken or black. The box was taped back together on one side so that should have been my first clue to not take it but I was in a rush, trying to get home during the traffic rush (been up since 4am and it's currently 6pm). You would think when a customer returns something they would at least do a bare minimum check of the contents of the box, especially if it looks like the box has been opened and taped back together. I usually don't have a problem with Big Lots but this location is about to make them loose another customer. read more

this location is one of my favs. ample free parking. on a good day, there's a hot dog stand and even a mobile bbq smokehouse to get some nice bbq ribs my bathrooms have been renovated. this location even has a pretty big furniture section. read more
