Dollar Tree Stores have become a necessity in this Pandemic hard Times, so many families are trying every day to find the what they need at affordable prices, sometimes, they are willing to sacrifice some quality in order to cut prices, but some Management Team do not understand what's the meaning of Customer Services. I came today to the store, pick up about 20 items and asked if I can do an exchange of two items, that we purchase by mistake, both items are in thermo-sealed bags and when I showed the receipt, de cashier told me she need to call Judith, supervisor because it was purchased in other store. Judith made an inspection of the two items and told me one of them have to be returned in the original store because the package have a little damage. It was something not noticeable for me but I realized that the is something outside the seam of the thermo sealer, so the package is fully sealed. I tried to explain, that this do not affect the product, which never has been expose or out of the package in any ways. She was rude, telling this merchandise can not be out in that condition, I though, by myself, that probably the 30% of the merchandise on the store were in worst condition. I asked if can I speak with the manager and she turned her back to me and walk away, the cashier, politely told me she went to speak with her superior. 5 minutes later she went back, with a victorious faces to tell me I have to returned to the original store. I faced the superior, I couldn't see her name, the badge was turned back and asked how is posible they can not take care of the customer, who actually is ringing more than 20 items, already we did the Halloween decoration with with more than $100.00 from Dollar Tree and now, just for not take the probably hit of $1.00 un damage, they will be losing the sale that I was doing and also the coming sale for Christmas decoration and probably the chance to sale to my family any other item ever. Her answer was "this is the policy of the Company" I did apologize to the cashier, and walk away without the purchase and of course will never step in this store again. read more

I am a big fan of this dollar tree. It is fairly large and well organized. Because they carry absolutely no food items (thank Winn-Dixie) all their other departments are quite large. They will have any party supply you can think of and are even carrying licensed character supplies from Disney. From spoons to treat bags they have everything you're party needs - short of the piñata and candy ;) Also worth mentioning are their household supplies. This is the best dollar store I remember going to. And who doesn't love a great deal? They have a nice party selection that includes wrapping, bows, gift boxes, tissue paper, cards, ribbons, and much more. I checked out their teaching/school section and it didn't disappoint either. Keep in mind this IS a $1 store so quality won't always be the best but it will def work. I also like their themed items. For example, this time around they have lots of 4th of July things. This is by far the best dollar store... Ever. They are always well stocked with items for holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc). They also have AMAZING things for kids. Interactive learning packets, coloring, and much more. I love it so much that I travel 30 mins or so to get there, all while bypassing tons of other dollar stores. If you enjoy gardening, this store has a great selection of pots, gloves, and many more gardening essentials!!!! Service is good, no complaints. Amazing deals! read more

The selection is wonderful. You can pretty much find anything at this dollar tree. It's much bigger than the other locations I've been to, and with the bigger size comes much more inventory. I especially love coming here for school supplies, sponges, soaps, cheap batteries, light nights, envelopes of all sizes, vases, photos frames, birthday decorations - you name it. Who would even buy a pack of 4 hair clips at CVS for $5 when I can get 12 for $1 here at the Dollar Tree?! The only thing is the service and registers. I love this location. It's always organized and clean. They are always stocked up! Perfect for school supplies and household items. My only complaint is there just one register open every time I go and the line goes into the isle. Also, I went on Wednesday and the cashier that rang me up was so rude. She didn't say hello when she got to me in the line. I said hello to her instead and she didn't reply. When it came to pay she just looked at me. Didn't say a total and on the computer screen it just said the last item she rang in. She continued to stare at me until I said "what's the total?" I've been coming to this dollar store for years! I've never had a problem till today. And I'm so embarrassed I will NEVER go back! I hand the cashier Veronica two 5 dollar bills. She looks at me up and down, looks down at the money, looks me over once again. And holds up the extremely long line to go find the marker to check the money. Really?! Really?! As if I'm going to use counterfeit money to buy my children a couple toys that I was rewarding them with for doing well in school. Not to mention she heard my smallest child crying that he had to go to the bathroom. Come on! Turns out my money was not counterfeit. Shocking huh?!
