I kindly told her I have already used two of these coupons one in your own store few weeks ago and they perfectly scanned the archive body mist with the exact same type of coupon I own( you can own up to 5). The lady told me that's not true in this store and that if i read the fine print it will tell me they are excluded. I read the fine print and it is not. Mind you I have insisted telling them they literally gave me 2 already with my previous coupons yet they denied it. Not coming back here because this just does not make any sense. Just stopped by Cumberland Mall in Smyrna to waste time and came across this t-shirt station. I got…read moreto admit, that's not really my bag, but I learned they will custom print any photo. Just so happens, that I have a pic on my phone and wanted on a t-shirt. I only had to email it and in less than 10 minutes they were putting it together - showing me shirt sizes, an example, and measuring the logo!!! More than that, I asked if sales rep could remove a few frame lines that I didn't like, and because it was quick and easy, they were able to get rid of it!! Price was on point, at about $30! But they were always expiring within days of being sent. So I planned on heading the the Discover Mills location until another friend mentioned that this store was here. Turns out, I didn't really need the coupons to get great deals (although, it's always nice to get double the deal). It seems that they're always running specials of some sort. While I was there in early May, the entire store was on sale, mostly for their $6, $8, $10 stock up sale. And at the store, they stamp a card once for every $20 that you spend, and after 5 stamps, you get $10 towards your next purchase of $10 or more. On Tuesdays, you get double stamps (so essentially, one stamp for every $10 you spend). They had most things in plenty of sizes. Only once could I not find C's current size. They had a good-sized clearance rack at the back with lots of items in all sizes. And I'm only talking about boys' clothes. The store was pretty evenly divided, but let's face it, there will always be more clothes for little girls than for little boys. I'd say it was about 35-40% boys and 60-65% girls. When I got back home to Georgia, I opened the earrings and realized I had a similar pair. I went to this location to return them and possibly shop some more. The return, accompanied by a receip, was rejected because "their sales would be affected." This is not the company's policy. I was inconvenienced as I had to drive 30miles just to get to that store in the first place, and the only thing someone can suggest is that I keep them because "they're pretty." Perhaps if customer service were a little better, sales would not be a concern. Now I know what store not to shop in when I travel.

I was being assisted by one of the engaging employees who had to hand me off to Bria, the Manager to answer some inventory & pricing questins. She too was just as friendly & very helpful. I took advantage of the pay now at a sale price & pick up later. Bria wrapped it up for me, gave me my pick up slip & I'll be back this Saturday for more wonderful customer service & hopefully more sales. I rarely shop at JCP, yet with downloading the App & taking advantage of instant deals & saved some for later, I'll have to visit JCP more often.
