Kohl's has been one of my go-to stores for years, and this location is a big reason why. I've shopped here multiple times over the years and have consistently had positive experiences, whether I'm running in for something quick or taking my time browsing. This is actually where I originally opened my Kohl's card some years back, and the staff made that process straightforward and easy to understand. Since then, shopping here has always been smooth--from finding what I need to checkout. The store is well-organized, selections are solid across clothing and home goods, and the frequent discounts and rewards make it easy to feel like you're getting good value. My teenager worked for Kohl's in Hiram, Ga. as a seasonal worker and they only worked for two weeks then got taken off the schedule for three weeks because my teenager had to miss one day of work due to unforeseen circumstances. My teenager tried to call the scheduling manager, but could not get through to a manager to advise them of their circumstances. At first, I figured it was due to less work available, but later I found out that there was still a labor shortage. With the Economy in the state that it is in now, there need to be better managers and leaders with good people skills, organizational skills who value their Employees! Horrible Management and Horrible Employee inclusion!! I called the Hiram store location several times over a month and could not get through to a manager and when I got a chance to speak with the scheduling manager it got worst! I asked what happened with the schedule and they said they needed to speak with my teenager, so I got my teenager on the phone and then they said my teenager needed to come to the store. So after we spoke with both managers, they said again my teenager needs to come into the store, then I said okay after a few minutes of frustrating conversations. So I asked, when will the manager be available, then they said they could not give the information out. What! I had agreed with them, then they said they could not give me that information. It sounds like they had no intentions to resolve this issue. So here we are. Why are we wondering why we have a labor shortage? It is clear that we need competent leaders and managers who know how to manage people and treat their Employees well! I have reached out to corporate because this was one of the worst experiences I have had to see my teenager go through. No parent wants to encourage their children to be independent and learn good work-life balances and work ethics when the people in leadership do not understand it. read more

It's Kohl's. They sell shirts and pants at affordable prices, and the employees aren't jerks. What more do you want?

Literally my only complaint is that it's ungodly hot in the store. I know stores do that to keep you from price comparing and just buy whatever you have - usually the more expensive item, thanks to other marketing psychology tricks - but it just makes me stop shopping entirely and go next door to Target. I don't WANT to, I like the styles in Kohl's, but I physically cannot exist inside the store. My mother was in there for ten minutes, in a sleeveless blouse and skirt, and was drenched in sweat. We were shopping for a six-year-old and she had to go get water three times in the time we were there. It's unhealthily hot inside that building. I can't imagine what it's like for the employees who are in there all day. If there's a corporate master thermostat control somewhere, it's broken. It's August in Georgia. This is not okay. No help in any departments for in-store customers. There should be at least 1 employee working in each department familiar with the products sold, especially in your small appliance department! Not everything has prices marked! When it comes to appliances large or small, I don't want to shop online! When it comes to shoes I want someone who can help fit a shoe & knows about the products. I want to look at the merchandise, see its size, feel how heavy certain things are & check the quality! I bet I'm not the only customer who feels like that! You charge premium prices for no service! This is ridiculous to have to go from the back of the store back to customer service at the front of the store & ask for help then go back to a department I was shopping in! read more

I shop Kohl's a lot. I love the variety of styles offered, and when you add their coupons, the prices are reasonable. I have always had positive experiences with Kohl's... until I shopped at this location. We just moved to Hiram from out of state, I was pleased to find Kohl's so close to our new home. Since moving here, I've shopped this location maybe handful of time. The store is ALWAYS picked over and a cluttered mess. It is incredibly difficult to find what I am looking for. Don't bother asking the associates for help. The staff is too busy to be bothered-- they'll *point* you in the general direction of what you're looking for IF you're lucky. Forgot your coupon? You're out of luck, unless you've remembered to add it to your Kohl's wallet, which I didn't. This store would be much better if they'd clean up their store and their act. It's frustrating to be treated poorly when you visit a new store. I definitely feel deterred by my experiences here. It's not likely I will return or refer friends to this location. read more

Eh, I have spent plenty of money here. It is messy, and the signs are not right most of the time. Not like they will do anything about it though... I called to give my opinion and they sent me a 15% coupon. If I want to search for something, I will go to Bealls, or other such stores. If I want to shop, I go to Macys, or such stores. You are to pricey for me to hunt down a size and a price. read more

WOW what deals they have. I've been doing school clothe shopping for my boys and let me tell you...this place rocks!!! I was a big fan of Marshalls but now that I've shopped at Kohls I do most of my shopping here rather than Marshalls. They have deals on top of deals and coupons for 20% off your total purchase. I bought 3 men jeans and 6 shirts. for $110.00 I thought that was a deal considering some of those Nike shirts are $25 a piece reg price. read more

The best! I love all their clothes, but mostly I just really like all the sales and discounts that are given. This is the only store that I have a credit card to (besides Pier 1 ;)) and I ALWAYS find great stuff! read more

As grandparents of a 16 year old "young lady", we started purchasing her clothes at age 3 at Kohl's in Hiram, Ga. Very strange to now be in the Jr. department, as well as petites. Since it is only she, and her dad, Poppy, and I have been privileged, and blessed to purchase her clothes. Have shopped many placed, but always end back up at our "favorite" place; Kohl's in Hiram...:) Best credit card I've ever had, and never have I seen such high scale clothing with low scale pricing...even to beating Macy's, and Belks. Also love the "home" department section, and have purchasing many things there. Folks always compliment her, especially on Sunday when she "dresses up". Thank you so very much for your offers to save as we are on a fixed income, but can still shop where we can purchase to "best items, with good quality". I always check out Kohl's when I'm looking for a special gift for someone. For birthdays, housewarming gifts, new baby, thank you gifts, etc. Because they have really nice things, different, and change out, something new everytime you go in there. And their prices are Great.. Love to shop there at Christmas. Many, many gift ideas. I also like shopping for myself and family too. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. I remember the first time I needed to place an order in the store at one of the machines that are on the floor, I wasn't quite sure how to do it and one of the girls helped me place my order. She was very nice. If what you want is not in the store, like the size you needed, etc. then you just order it and the shipping is free, right to your house or if you want it sent to someone else's house as a gift. If you have kids or grandkids they love getting a package in the mail for their birthday. debra read more
