Major shout out to Rueben who helped me yesterday. I had went to Old Navy for a specific jean pant design. I hate shopping for specific things bc I never seem to have the luck in finding them. Unfortunately that shopping trip was no different bc what I wanted was not in stock in my size. With the help of Rueben I was able to find a comparable pair of jeans. He made this process happen fast and that was priceless. I couldn't have been luckier that he crossed my path in the store and asked if I needed help. This is the Old Navy closest to my house, so it is the one I go to most often. It's small compared to some others. Unfortunately, sometimes it's a bit of a mess, but I've always had very friendly, helpful customer service. I almost always manage to get what I came for, and a lot of times stuff I didn't go there for, too. If you want a bigger selection with a wider size selection, you might try a bigger store, but this one is fine for me. read more

I typically do as much online shopping as possible but if I know my size WILL be at a store, I'll go in. This location has mediocre service and they are very dismissive when it's busy. Unfortunately, as a former retail employee, I understand busy and I also understand to not let that ruin my customer service. Either they push applying for the Old Navy Credit Card on you (even if you just graduated HS and don't even have credit to your name) or make you feel burdensome. I am not sure why there are negative reviews for customer service here because every time I am at this location, I find the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Maybe the selections could be more but it is a smaller location compare to the other ones I've been at. Amble parking spaces. Something for the whole family! The clothes range from infant to adult but because there is a large range between ages groups for their clothes, they are limited on their selection for certain ages suh as infants and toddlers. Most of the clothes are going to be aimed for pre-adolescent to adult with adults having the largest variety. But overall the store is geared toward merchandise for teen to young adult females. How do I know? Accessories! The store is like a large version of a couple's closet - The woman stuff taking most the space. There are other things for sale besides clothes. They have nifty odds and ends from time to time, so you never know what you might discover. Also around the registers, shelves are lined with knick knacks, toys and trinkets and snacks to shop. These must be intended as the impulse pity rewards for the kids who get dragged out to shop with their parents. Old Navy has your child entertainment solutions! It is moderately priced but they often have sales if you come in on the right day you can get some good deals. COVID Safety: Below average The store is requiring masks but provide complimentary masks in the front. There's no limitations on capacity. Karen the manager was extremely helpful and kind to me. I am struggling with some credit card/account issues, and she was so patient and helpful. She let me use her own phone to call the account support line. She supported me through as much as she could on her end. This was not her issue or probably part of her job description to help me, but she went above and beyond and was so kind! read more

Are you looking to shop stress free and in a clean and organized environment?... If you are, this place is not for you! This place is a hot mess and the employees are obviously miserable. Merchandise is scattered everywhere and none of the pricing signs make sense. The clothes that are hung there under the signs are misplaced and don't belong there. So when you go and pay, the discounts are not what you think it is. Merchandise is also very picked over! The fitting rooms are a nightmare and I've never seen an attendant in sight. Clothes are all over the floors in the rooms and they have carts stacked with go back items from the fitting rooms. The lines are always about 15 or more people long and they always have maybe three registers open... I used to always come to this location when I was in high school as I remember the Old Navy flip flops being my favorite! This location is long gone as to what it used to be. Now it's like a hurricane hit it.... nope I'm definitely staying away. read more

The bathroom was disgusting. Pee everywhere, toilet paper all over the ground, splatters on the walls, nowhere to hang anything... so I mentioned it to a staff member. 45 minutes later there was no change. I mentioned it again and the employee told me "we don't have to clean the bathrooms, someone else comes in at night and does them." The water fountains have mountains of dust, and the water comes out hot. There were 2 employees and although kind, they didn't seem to be doing much. A hot mess! The fitting rooms are trashed, the sales floor is trashed and it isn't even noon yet! You kind of feel bad for the employees that have to deal with it all. Can there ever be enough cashiers and staff on the floor to manage the amount of customers? The world may never know! One, two...only three cashiers with at least 20 people waiting in line to be rung up. A complete disaster, but with $3 tops and $1 flip flops, I guess no one cares. read more

All I have to say is ewwwwww... this place is nasty! The racks of clothes are a huge mess, every table looked like a toddler got ahold of it, there were clothes on the floor throughout the store, not a single employee asked if they could help me or even made eye contact, and the store was downright dirty. Look at the dirt collected I. The display trays! The bottom of every fixture was covered with dust. It was only 12:00, they had been open for 3 hours and they are not a busy store. This wasn't from a morning rush, it was due to poor management not having any standards for their employees or care for their store. Also, saw 3 employees standing around chatting. My husband and I came in here over the Fourth of July weekend and saw some pretty good deals! Tons for 4$, 5$ and more. The sizes were very sparse though, there was no staff member on the floor. The lines weren't bad at all, it no one was there to ask for help for to try to order online. We walked around a bit, there was a bunch of clothing on the ground, and in the fitting room. We walked by the women's rockstar table and loved the way they displayed some jeans in the cubicle organizer underneath the table. There wasn't anything that caught our eye in the Men's section which was unfortunate for my husband (lol), but the clearance was over stuffed, hard to search for sizes as it wasn't organized at all. Would recommend for the great deals but don't expect to find anyone to ask for help or more sizes! read more

I have a horrible experience just about every time I come to this particular store. the employees are rude and far from friendly. This last time, I sat in the changing room area waiting for my daughter while an employee talked about how she doesn't care.... she was passive aggressive by asking her co-workers loudly in front of me and another customer "are we closed?!" the other employees just looked at her crazy. clearly she was directing her question toward us (the customers). Finally she walked into my daughter's room right after my daughter stepped out and said loudly "disgusting" MY 12 year old daughter became visibly upset and later asked me if she did something wrong. I ended up talking to the manager but have zero confidence that anything will come of this seeing the entire store is ran by rude children. I'll be taking my complaint up the ladder in hopes that I'll speak to someone above the age of 16. read more

Received an email from the company with a 30% off coupon yesterday. Went in today to actually utilize the coupon after I had picked out some winter clothes for my kids. Was told when I got up to the register that the coupon expired yesterday. I explained how is that possible when that is the same day I got the email? No expiration date on the coupon and no one day only printed on the coupon. Left everything at the register and and I'm definitely canceling my card. What a waste of time.... read more

It's always a joy coming here... The employees are friendly and attentive, and it's never super crowded to the point where I feel uncomfortable. Now, I do sometimes get upset by their misleading advertisements, like, "50% tops" or something, and then I see that it's only 50% off a very small selection of clothes that are under my size... But that's none of the employees faults, it's their marketing team's issue. All in all, it's a good experience, just don't pay much mind to the signs in the window - just wait until you're inside to see whats on scale. read more

Great selection of items in all categories! I was able to find a lot of items for my 6 month daughter, myself, as well as cute knock knacks for friends. The only thing that warrants a complaint for me is the signage around the store. It became a little confusing as to what items were on sale, under promotion, or full price. By the time I got to the register, I had many items that were (unfortunately) regular priced, which almost put me into cardiac arrest. If I could give zero stars I would. This location is terrible. Unknowledgeable employees, poor customer service and lazy management. I came in today to return an online purchase. This purchase was made with my debit card. The cashier was unfriendly and short to the point where it bordered on being rude. She scanned my items, printed a receipt, handed me back my purchase paperwork along with return receipt telling me my purchase would be put back on my card. I said, I would like cash back please. She said... No, that's not possible. It will be put back on your account. I have never had an issue receiving cash back from Old Navy, or any retailer, when I've used my debit card for a purchase. I then asked if the purchase would be credited back the same day. She said yes. I was satisfied with that so I left not seeing a need to involve any other employee. When I got home I checked my bank account. There was no credit or pending credit from Old Navy. I called to speak with the Manager on duty. I told her the situation. Without bothering to look up the transaction she told me there was nothing she could do to make the situation right as far as reversing or voiding it so that I could come back and get cash. She told me refunds put back on the card can take up to 2 days. I informed her this is not what her employee told me and she should coach her employees on their policies more thorough. The return was for a minimal amount. It's not significant to me. What is significant is the fact that her cashier was too lazy to first ask me if I prefer cash or for it to be put back on my card. Second, her employee should inform customers if the return is credit back to a bank account it could take up to 2 days, not the same day as she stated. Third, this manager should had and could had made this situation correct by offering to reverse the transaction and refund the purchase in cash. Clearly they broke many standard processes to ensure a certain level of customer service was reached. Save yourself the headache and visit the Tempe Market Place location or online! read more

Now I know why I never shop here. Last week I was in the parking lot and saw an Old Navy product in a cart. I was not sure if it was stolen, lost or forgotten but I went into Old Navy to give it to them. While there, I asked if they had bathing suits since my daughter and I both needed them for a trip. I was told all bathing suits were on sale with none being over $3.00. The salesperson took me to the area. After about 25 minutes of looking and trying on, we had each found one suit. I asked the salesperson (a different one) how much the suits were and was told that they were not sold in the store but on line and therefore they were not on sale ... although two identical suits of different sizes were and these suits were certainly for sale here and now. I refused to pay the $44 price and walked out. Liars work here! Shop elsewhere. read more

This location has never left a smile on my face. Most everything is labeled wrong. This has happened several times: "All shirts on the table are $5" go to check out and the employee says "yeah sorry, I'm not sure why it says that but it's $9.99" Stores is messy and unorganized. Seems they never put away "go-backs" so you are always walking around racks and piles of clothes. Store closes at 9:00pm but at 8:30 they turn off the music throughout the whole store, However if you walk to the back you can very quietly hear music. It is as if the store owner monitors when the music shuts off and so they turn it down super low. They also dim the lights. Then every 1 minute an employee will tell you to hurry up because they close soon. After the second or third time they tell you to hurry up the tone changes to a rude and then to an aggressive tone. At 8:45pm the employees start to follow you and stare until you get the hint to leave. I went 5 times before I wrote this review. I only wrote about the things i noticed consistently... I have been to this location 4 times only because they were the only ones left with a size I wanted, any how all 4 times after paying and leaving and getting home they have always left the friggen sensor on the clothes requiring me to drive back be examined up and down, my receipt checked with a microscope by 2 people to have them removed! read more

I love Old Navy but every time I come to this location I have to stand in line for 15 minutes at LEAST! I don't understand why it always takes soooooo long. They never have enough cashiers working the registers, so annoying. Get it together, people. Be careful of the sales. I went to buy a shirt today that was correctly located under a 40% off sign but was not given a discount upon checkout. I was told that placing the 40% off sign was a marketing tactic and not a real discount.
