I would say that this store is broken down into 2 main areas. The first is what you might expect from a typical thrift/community resale shop. It has clothes, shoes, picture frames, lamps, books, kitchen items, etc. I like that I can pick up smaller home items here that other big chain thrift stores might not have. For example, I was able to get things for my desk like a stapler, clips, folders, notebooks, and pens. I've also bought lamps here. I like that they test their electronics before they put them out for sale. The second area is their furniture warehouse. Now this place is HUGE in the best way! It is very organized. There are 2 floors full of furniture. A staff member will accompany you. Both guys who have helped me find furniture have been very knowledgeable about their inventory and can take you exactly where you need to go to find the type of furniture you need. We bought a beautiful solid wood dresser for $60. To get it home, the shop referred us to a non-affiliated delivery service that often helps their customers. Ask about Fred! He and his team did a great job getting our new dresser to our home.

Read if you're thinking of going here!…read more Rude rude lady. Came here on vacation to try and find a gown for my friend and this lady (who I later find out was part owner) was not helpful. Her tone was very rude from the beginning. During the time my friend was looking at dresses, she tells her, "don't stretch the dress out." My friend was literally just holding the dress open to see how wide it was, like any normal person. As soon as my friend finished trying on a dress and decided she didn't want it, we came to the lobby to discuss where we were about to go next, and the lady comes right behind us telling us we're about to close so y'all need to leave (not in a nice or professional manner). My friend asked, "y'all close at 5 right?" The lady responds back to us by saying we operate by appt only, y'all need to leave. So now that she is giving us straight attitude. I told her to give us a second. She repeated herself again, and tells us "goodbye" in like a leave tone of voice. So they literally kicked us out to the curb. We were standing there for 1 minute when she was trying to tell us to leave. Like you can't stand in a store for a few minutes. Mind you, there was no one else there, so we weren't tying her time up or anything. I would go somewhere else for your dresses. Plus she made it super clear, they don't do alterations. She has no idea where they do alterations. She has no idea where a mall is. So yes. Stay away from here. Horrible service. Wish I could tell your her name, but she refused to answer. As I'm writing this outside (because we were waiting on our Uber), a different lady comes out and asks me if I want a business card. I said sure. She was very confrontational. I asked her if the lady inside that kicked us out was the owner. She said they both are. So I was like well y'all have a funny of treating your customers. I told her the lady informed us that this was by appointment only a store, and that we were not aware of that. But nothing on their website says by appointment only. She said, "we prefer by appt only," so I said well that's different than kicking your customer out (after your let them look for a dress) and tell your customers that your by appt only... not preferably. I told her we're from out of town and just needed find a dress last minute so we did not know that, and that's no reason to treat your customers like that. She goes on to continue arguing with me and tell me, "well the other out of town people seem to know." You see where I'm going with this?? Like who argues with there customer and talks disrespectful to them? No business I go to. I wasn't going to stand there and argue with this rude person any longer, who was clearly not apologetic for the way her business partner treated us, so I tried waking away. She kept trying to argue as I was leaving and I told her to shut up. So she walked out of her business, propped the door, and began following me like she was going to fight me. I continued to walk away with my other friends as she was threatening me. I had to tell her I was going to call the cops, and she finally backed off. This is the worst experience I've ever had. A business owner verbally disrespectful, excusing her behavior instead of apologizing for it, and then following me out on the street to fight? If that isn't enough to steer you away from here, then good luck. You'll be in for a real... experience.

I've shopped full-price retail stores that are not this well organized. I liked that they have mens shirts separated by style. It made it easy to shop for short sleeve casual. I got lucky today and found three shirts. They were clean, had all their buttons and I didn't see any rips or holes. Once I rewash and iron them, they'' be ready to go. I went to use the self check-out and they had a young lady there who did it for you. She was great. She was perky, friendly, personable and professional. Other retailers would be lucky to have someone as good as her. I'm getting over my dislike of thrift shopping, so I'll be back.

I purchase a lot of shoes from thrift stores. The shoe section was tiny. Book section was small too. Excellent linen section though.
