She was extremely rude, would not permit me to look around blocking me physically, and literally bullied me into leaving. She said she had decided to make appointments, and I did not have one, but nowhere on her website is that stated. Another woman and 2 friends were there, and I assumed I would wait until they were done, but she took me aside to see my insurance and empathically told me she could not take my insurance. I was stunned at her rudeness and the nasty things she was whispering to me all the while with a "smile" on her face (like "how dare you come into my business asking questions") smiling all the time so the other customers could not hear her. I was stunned silent listening to her abuse. I intended to pay for what she offered without insurance. She would not even allow me to look at the prosthetic devices. Who runs a business like that that requires a soft touch for women coming into seek help when a little extra softness is hoped for during a terrible time in our lives? I think it may be time for her to retire and let someone with a heart take over. Horrible experience and was totally unnecessary.

The prices ranged from reasonable to a bit high, but nothing ridiculous. I tried on clothes, but in the end decided I would buy from a Cato closer to home (I don't live in this area), since the staff was not friendly. Their stuck up attitudes were a turn off to the point I didn't want to deal with them, so I left with nothing. I would shop at a Cato again, just one with friendlier associates.

Now, I just gotta wait till fall to wear it. This Kohl's has had a small facelift. They've redesigned the check-out/cashiers space. It is now similar to Marshall's and Home Goods. It get to the cashiers, you go down a long aisle filled with merchandise. That way if there's a line, you add impulse items to your cart. Today I was strong and didn't add the Godiva Chocolate Bars to my collection. Floor associates are always available for assistance and the cashiers are friendly while taking your money. Beware, they'll ask you to sign up for their exclusive credit. It's a good deal, but I have cards that give me points, too. My main purchases here are; socks, belts, jeans, Dockers, casual shirts and items from their home soft department. I suggest you got shop at your local Kohl's and see what you can find.

The drive is beautiful no matter what direction you're coming from. I live in St. Charles county and took one of the river ferry's across into Grafton. The River Road gets you to Alton in about 20 minutes. Both Grafton and Alton have great food and antique stores to choose from. I was warmly welcomed into the shop. One of the co-owners was there during my visit to assist and answer any questions. The main level is eclectic filled with furniture, knick knacks, and tchotchkes. There is also a smaller selection of clothing on the main floor. The upstairs is a vintage shoppers dream! Clothes, coats, shoes, and accessories. I'm am a fuller bodied person and sometimes have a hard time finding anything in my size. They are size inclusive and did carry true plus size clothing. I can't really speak to value.
