I sent her a box of my dresses..because there wasn't much movement and a good amount of time had passed. We spoke ,and settled on just sending the dresses back.. They send all but one back. I inquire about the missing item she mentioned it was on "hold".. more time passes. Just so happens- I have a major film buyer in town needing a dress. I tell her about Brides by Dizine and she could "buy" the one dress that has been on hold , as weeks had passed and I hadn't received payment. The film buyer drives an hour out of the way to purchase. The dress is not there. Trish tells her, it's sold! I would have never sent the buyer an hour each way out of the way. As I assumed, I would have either heard communication or received payment. It's been years! No dress , no payment just unanswered emails. I feel completely blindsided and taken advantage of. At minimum, the truth and communication would have helped tremendously. I understand small businesses can be difficult .. but totally taking advantage and not paying someone their rightful payment is the worst!!!

A simple change like that, totally improved the flow of the entire store. Whenever I need gifts for my female family members and BFF's, I know I can find something at White Birch. They've got everything a person needs for entertaining. I have to control myself when shopping, because I want to buy something for myself. I love Nora Fleming and I'm always tempted to buy the newest items. I like that they have locally branded items. They'll offer locally themed tea towels with both. Alton and Godfrey printed on them. Another one of my favorite things to purchase here are; cocktail napkins and greeting cards. They've got some of the wittiest cards and the napkins make me laugh, too. They also have a fashion boutique for the ladies. A couple of my family members have bought items and have looked very stylish. On occasion, WB will have a few mens shirts and I've bought them and constantly get compliments, when I wear them. The service is very personalized and when you become a regular, they'll remember your name. If they don't remember your name, they'll remember what you bought and will make recommendations based on previous purchases. That's impressive and excellent customer service. Getting married soon? They have wooden signs with funny quotes on them, handmade crafts, some jewelry, and other gift items. Don't forget to check out the small upstairs area and the back room for more items! Every little nook and cranny is filled with stuff!

When we got home we unwrapped the gift, removed the price tag, and rewrapped it. If those two things are fixed -- which are pretty basic and easy -- I would give this store 4 stars.
