I ordered 6 towels may 26th for the towel sale, $26 total. I only received 2 towels and never received the other 4. When I called they said they were out of stock but would refund me for my full order (because who wants 2 towels that don't match the rest?) had to call again today to be told I will still be charged for those 2 towels AND the shipping and there is nothing I can do about it. After 45 minutes on the phone they gave me $10 kohls cash. To say this has been disappointing is an understatement. read more

I used to shop at Kohl's for all of my clothes. In the last 3-5 years the quality of the clothing has really gone down. I think the brands that you carry now are not nearly as good as what brands you used to carry. Your stores look more like Good Will than a department store. read more

Kohls Cares??? Not at all. When asked by neighbors AND the police to clean up their property that is littered with trash managers said they'd put in a work order. The property they sit on looks like a dump. Police officer actually went out and picked up 3 bags of trash so the neighbors wouldn't have to see it Easter Sunday. A big round of applause to Charles please. He saw me helping my elderly, almost 92 year old mother-in-law out of the car at the curb and came out with a wheelchair, stood with her as I parked the car and then helped us find what she was looking for. He also checked on us a few times as we shopped. I brought him a Starbucks gift card bc his service was so stellar. He gave me the biggest hug over the counter and many people in line clapped. I placed an order on-line. Kohl's website said it shipped and I should have my order between 8/12/23-8/16/23. When I clicked on the tracking number it states UPS has not received the package yet. I have tried to contact Kohl's online and can only get automated responses. I found a telephone number and just got the same, more automated responses. All the automated responses say the same thing that my order shipped and it is completed. I tried calling the Kohl's credit card and more automated responses. I am being billed for something I never received and there is no way to talk to a human! I called the Edwardsville Kohl's and all they could do is give me another telephone number with automated responses and no option to speak to someone. I'm so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I usually don't provide feedback on yelp, but I'm desperate to get someone from Kohl's to respond. read more

Don't bother with their online drive up system. Waited 15 minutes for someone to bring my order. Even let them know I was on my way as instructed by the email. When I went inside, the girl at the desk said yeah I'm not sure if anywhere's here doing that tonight. Great idea if the execution was there for new moms and the disabled. read more

Kohls is deceitful with their signage. Today I noticed the Bark dog toys marked down 20 percent, so I picked up 3 toys. The toys did not ring up on sale. When I returned to the display to double check, I saw just a few specifically named toys listed under the large 20 percent off sign. The toys were all camping themed, but only a few of those toys were actually on sale. How petty & deceitful! I think Kohls is intentionally using trickery, so I'll shop elsewhere. read more

Great place to shop for almost anything - especially clothes. Love the discounts. Also, best service department - hands down. No fuss - give you either cash or store credit. Bought something 3 years ago - never opened it. Took it back and they said "We don't carry it anymore but we'll give you store credit." That is service! When I need clothes or when my wife tells me it's time for clothes, this is the place I go. However, you do need to watch for sales and do the math before deciding if you are getting a good deal. Thank heavens that my wife has a Kohl's card, that saves you money and they have great offers via the card. The staff is always friendly and helpful, so go to Kohl's when you finally replace the old worn out crap you are currently wearing. And it keeps your lady happy that you don't look homeless. read more

I can't say enough about my experience with this stores customer service. I was putting up my pre-lit Christmas tree that I had bought over the Thanksgiving weekend from Kohl's Edwardsville. I had tested the lights and all was good. However, after fully assembling all the tree, I had noticed that there must be a short in the top. The lights kept going on/off. I was so worried about all the work I had put into the tree. I called the Eville store around 10 on a Saturday night, got the seasonal department told them my dilemma. I was determined to not return the entire tree but for them to find me the correct tree and leave let me exchange the top only. My Kohl's angel was named Debbie. She spent 30 minutes with me trying to find a tree in the store. I worked with her on all the locations I saw the trees in the store, bar codes, etc. She finally called the Collinsville store found me the tree and had it waiting for me in Collinsville at the customer service. Debbie was extremely patient, helpful, and mostly EMPATHETIC to my situation. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I have bought 90% of my Xmas shopping at Kohl's due to this and their wonderful sales/coupons. I can't speak highly enough of Debbie! Thanks for making my night better. read more
