Let me start this off by saying I love Old Navy in general. The sales are nice & quality is awesome but at this specific location the service here is absolutely awful. Was waiting in line for what felt like forever, meanwhile the staff doesn't seem to care at all. Everyone working here moves at snails pace. It was a busy Friday afternoon & they had 3 ppl on the registers just wasting everyone's time. This lady came in trying to return 10-15 items that she bought online. Instead of having staff help the 8 people waiting in line to check out they would rather have 2 out of the 3 people working behind registers help the lady with her returns, all 2-3 people were literally helping the one lady with the returns. Not impressed. A forty dollar child's sweat suit? This is Old Navy, not Nordstrom's. I went to get my nearly tween some play clothes and received sticker shock. This is the lower priced gap. I have only shopped there twice. Nothing catches my attention, so I went for my daughter. The employees were helpful. But as a friend said, go back in two weeks everything will be four bucks. Why oh why do you dislike your customers so much???? You make us stand in line like cattle in a corral. You never ha e enough help in your store. When there are 7 people in line, a caring company would call for back up at the register. But not you, Old Navy, you leave us standing. No care or appreciation for the customer. When a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist and a round thing in your face you... Make sure she grabs herself a pair of Rockstar jeans because they fit us curvaceous ladies like a dream. I like Old Navy, especially this one. Fantastic selection. There's always a staff member around to answer my questions or find that last item in the size I need. What I don't like is that now when you shop online you can locate items in store. "Locate." Too many times have I searched for a specific item that way and been told an item is out of stock at this store. So I go anyway and lo and behold there's 17 of the item I wanted. For instance, these perforated water shoes for kids. Online says none in any style or size are available here. Check the store and just kidding, there's a whole bunch. They need to find a way to make that system more accurate. read more

I like Old Navy because it is usually cute and inexpensive. This is the only lactation I shop at. I'm not sure I would ever come here if I was looking for something specific. I go here to look for a good deal. They are always moving displays and rearranging to make room for the newest items. I understand why they do this but it is very hard to find something in the same place. Although, this Old Navy has sales associates all over the store. They can help you find what you're looking for. The sale/special pricing signs can be very confusing. Overall- the prices are fair and the staff is friendly. The sale areas could use some work. I always love a good deal and I'm willing to wonder around a little longer to make sure I see all displays. I will most likely return to this Old Navy location. read more

So I am a big Old Navy fan in general. Sadly, I hate the one in downtown Chicago and since moving to the city, getting my Old Navy fix has become difficult. Now for the record, I am not a huge fan of the burbs, but since taking a job out there, I have decided to turn lemons into lemonade and take advantage of things such as cheaper gas. Today, I took advantage of Old Navy. This was a really good Old Navy. The selection was HUGE. I couldn't believe how big it was. And there were tons of stuff out to choose from. The sale section was large. The staff was freakishly helpful and friendly. I mean, the gal in the dressing room introduced herself by name. I was Hella impressed. I didn't have a lot of time to kill, but still managed to blow some cash, and I fully intend to come to this Old Navy again. read more

I go to Old Navy all the time. Love it! I usually spend about $100 - $200 here before every school year getting new basics. Everything is nice and clean at this location, large selection, and usually never crowded- lots of room to move. Only down side- this location does not sell any jewelry except that which you find on the mannequins. read more

it requires work, but I get my needs met. Skirts and kneesocks, jackets and scarves. This is the store that humbles me every time I've just spent too much at a boutique. We are all unique but, really, who gives a shit? If there were a clothing genome, the chromosomal structure would still vary with each garment on each person. I love Old Navy. This is a standard Old Navy, but is my favorite location by far. It's right off 75th ave, and although there are many other shopping options near it, the store is not jammed in-between a whole strip of stores, like it is at the mall or other strip malls I go to. I think people don't think to come to this location as much, so it doesn't feel as crowded! It's a large store, with ample merchandise selection (including clearance!), well organized, friendly staff, and lines that move quickly. I'm not a huge fan of old navy but they do have some nice clothes for nice prices. On my last visit, I bought a pink and white sweater. It's really cute and I only paid $10 for it. I am satisfied. read more

I am in love with Old Navy and I have been for a while. Let me preface with some sharing. When I started college, I was a LOT heavier than I am now and I couldn't find anything that fit. Plus size stores didn't have anything that an 18 year old would want to wear or, honestly, it still didn't fit. I resorted to wearing t shirts and mens jeans. The weight loss wagon picked my fat ass up and I got rolling. Old Navy jeans where the first pair I got that were womens that I could fit into. I was so happy and since then Old Navy has always held a special place in my heart. I am loving the Diva skinny jean and the sweetheart boot cut jean for work. I love the rockstar super skinny but this season's style seems to be cut smaller than last season and its a tad upsetting. I also purchased the rockstar bermuda short in 2 washes and the dark wash is cut a lot smaller than the lighter wash but in the beginning of the season, a very nice sales associate did warn me that that was the feed back she had gotten from other customers. So while it is disappointing, I can't say I wasn't warned. Hopefully I can exchange them for a different cut and all will be well in my world once again. ON is constantly having sales and I usually don't buy anything here at full price but if I do, they do have a price match policy. I THINK if they sell it cheaper within 2 weeks, bring the receipt and you get the difference. Over the past few years, many ON stores have gotten a makeover and I have to protest, I don't like it. This particular store is now half the size. The other half of the building is now and card and party store. Half the size means half the selection and that is really what upsets me. The stores don't have nearly the variety they used to and a lot more things are now "online exclusives" and I really don't like buying clothes online. I am the girl who has to try it on before I buy it. All that can be overlooked though because ON sizes don't stop at a 12 or 14. They go all the way up to 20 in stores and higher online and since I would love to not be "plus size" but I accept that I still am, I love a store that has cute stuff in a size my ass can fit in. read more

I love this location. I live closer to the oak brook location and I drive out of my way to come to this one. It's so organized and spaced out, it makes for a very stress-free shopping experience. I went in today because my app wasn't letting me check out and Addie, the cashier, was really nice and helped me. I ended up just buying the stuff I was going to order there in store! read more

I would like to preface this review as it is not based off of the quality of product (which for kids clothes is always pretty great) but off of service and for me, to actually take the time to do this means it was pretty bad. As background, I purchase about 95% of my children's clothes at Old Navy and 100% of my husbands clothes at the Gap because the clothes are nicely styled, wear well until they outgrow them, and are super soft (my 7 year old has sensory disorder so that is a pretty big deal). To say the least, I am very loyal to the Gap corporation for my entire family's clothing needs, which well, adds up. Anywho, I went to this store today with the intentions of returning a few items for my seven year old (probably a total of $20 worth of merchandise) because he didn't like they way tank tops felt and wanted sleeves. I was going to purchase a few outfits for my 15 month old after the return (let's just say I was planning on spending more than 20 bucks). I started with the return counter and noted that I had taken some of the tags off (nothing was worn) and was looking for in-store credit since I was planning on additional purchases and knew the tags were off. When I said that, I was greeted with "Well it only goes on the credit card" from cashier. It was a bit abrupt but I didn't think much more about it, so I responded with "No problem, I didn't know, that sounds great". From there, as cashier #1738539 inspected the clothes I wanted to return, she noted that one of the tags displayed a bar code that is reflected as in store and asked if I purchased in store or if it came in a different shipment online from the other clothes I was trying to return. As I jogged my memory, which I genuinely do not remember purchasing any kids clothing in-store in the past few months, I responded with "But I am pretty sure I made it onli . . ." I said kindly with a shrug and I was cut-off and returned with an abrasive, condescending, shout of "MA'AM I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT THIS PURCHASE WAS MADE IN-STORE AND NOT ONLINE WITH THE ITEMS ON THIS RECEIPT!" before I could finish my sentence. It seemed to come out of nowhere, I understand the customer service jobs can totally suck and that customers are often looking for ways to exploit CSRs to their own advantage but this was so not the case (particularly since it was for 20 bucks worth of clothes). Admittedly, after I realized what had happened, I was pissed, and responded with a passive aggressive "umm, yeah, ok" since I had my 10 year old with me. From there, she continued to process the rest of the return in silence and was clearly frustrated by having to do so and by then, after I had a chance to think about what transpired and how I was treated, calmly but probably came off as bitchy said, "thanks, but don't worry about it" and left. I realized when I got home and looked at my online orders that she was right, it was made in-store so my memory was not correct. But it's the fact that even before I could try and explain that I was yelled at and condescended to. Sorry, but despite the channel, I made the purchase and that should be respected. I was wrong but kind. You guys make a lot of money off of me and my family, let' s just try and have a bit more patience and think about customer lifetime value. From now on, I will transfer my kids clothing purchases to Carters and Target. I'll pay a little bit more to not be treated like crap. read more

went here for their holiday sales & left there spendin about $140 but got 5 pairs of jeans, 4 sweaters & 3shirts. great store thats spacious and clean! i hate goin 2other stores where the clothes are everywhere & its all junky lookin! this store was nice & clean & i was able to find what i was lookin 4 with no probs. read more
