It is very rare that I buy clothes full price. Each time I come here, they always have some new items on clearance. Their customer service is quite stellar, too! If you love accessories to match with your clothes, you can probably find something to match your outfits from here. I actually really like that they've moved to Perkins Rowe just because I prefer shopping in this area over going to the mall area. Their clothing designs are colorful and fun + very high-quality. The shopping bag and tissue paper stuffing I got was even scented, which I believe you can purchase those scents in-store, too. This is probably my favorite retail shop at Perkins Rowe. I'll be back again and again.

In addition after having a poor buying experience, I contacted the company's "Customer Service" number to report the issues. I was assured that the district manager would follow up with me. I've always loved the sophisticated styles at Express + the quality of their clothing. Their are select items that are out of my budget, but when they do have sales, they are good ones! Louisiana is warm-hot about 80% of the year, so I'm always in need of cute sleeveless tops. I always find a bunch of these in their clearance section. I've gotten points from shopping there, too and was able to redeem them on my last purchase. Customer service is always great and the clothing fits me really well. There was a huge end-of-summer sale, so I scooped up a bunch of rompers and other cute outfits. The customer service was superb and I really loved all the outfits that I purchased. I've washed my items numerous times now and have even put them in the dryer. It's nice to see that that the quality hasn't changed any. In fact, it's gotten more comfortable. Now, it's a bit too cold to wear any of the rompers because they are all shorts and dresses. So, what does this mean? I have to shop again! In case you didn't know, I don't like shopping much and I like to go in and be done in 15-30 minutes. This store allows me to do that because it's small and they have so many nice styles that it doesn't take me long to find what I like. I'll be back... soon!

Here at the Aeropostale at the Mall of Louisiana, it's a new first unique aspect for me: the room temperature. In short, it was hot here. Not hotness hot, but disgusting hot. They had spotlights positioned to beam down on the clothes / manequins and coupled with the holiday traffic, resulted in a human sauna. The unintentional bakage of the people resulted in a few mishaps and plenty of grumpy shoppers. I heard a young boy in the back complain that the fitting rooms were too "sticky" for him to take off his shirt and I noticed most folks waiting in line also wiping their foreheads from the excessive sweat. I managed to get a pair of decent jeans at 70% off and a nice sweater for 50% off. 2 stars for the great deals and the super hot register girls make for 3. A hot store can only be complemented by a few hotties behind the counter. What a cruel irony.

When we asked to speak to the district manager she hung up on us. This is not the response someone who claims to be the manager of a store should give. Will definitely not be shopping here again if this is the way they handle customer issues. Edit: giving 3 stars because the district manager contacted me and allowed me to go pick up a new pair of earrings. She was very nice and helpful. Thanks Anne!
