I get that you're slow but when there's three customers why do I get inferior service. They were doing what appeared to be a visuals change over so I know they were focused but with three customers in the store I shouldn't have stood in line for ten minutes--- especially when a woman with a managers name tag is standing a foot on front of me engrossed on her seasonal change over book. I shouldn't have had time to count the employee customer ratio. We weren't offered help in the men's section-- and the transaction was very, well, transactional and robotic. My day is going great miss register lady thanks for not asking. The only plus to this visit was the three dollar clearance polo and the in store entertainment by the young man who thought he was Diana Ross belting out the stores playlist. Freakin bonehead! The customer service was great from all four of the team members I came in to browse and ended up with a whole new set of outfits, which the team helped select. Drew was especially friendly and helpful, she hand selected a lot of items and I ended up finding the jeans of my dreams! I think, for the most part, these are stylish clothes for those who work in an office setting, and I can usually find something (if not a lot of things) that will spruce up my wardrobe. The employees here are friendly. On my most recent visit, a male sales clerk was working, which leaves quite the impression. He seemed nice, and it is rare to see a male working in a women's clothing store. Most of the women I have seen working here are plus sized, which I think is nice to have plus sized women in a store that sells plus sized clothing.
