He accommodated every need we had. The original day we planned to have the parade ended up storming. I called him the same day to see if we could move the parade to the next day, and he did it no problem. That usually NEVER happens especially on the same day to change it to the next day. That being said it was a weekday so I'm sure it was easier to change it, but Carl knew exactly who to call to change the permits and have the police approve the route. He went above and beyond to help make our parade and experience the best. We had stilt walkers, revelers, and a jazz band walk with us. They were so professional and everyone had so much fun! I was told from the owner there is nothing they can do and I waited too late to tell them. Over $200 gone because they don't do refunds. I began to worry so I took him to the store and the tux had not come in yet was told they would reached when it came in, when it came in everything was entirely too big so I told them I would take it to get altered I was then told I couldn't get a rental altrered which was confusing because it was supposed to be a purchase. I had to run around the entire city to find my son a tuxedo because the owner advised me that she would try to get him a tux overnight but I should look for an alternate option the day before his senior prom!! I found my son another tuxedo at a different tuxedo and then had to argue with the owner because she didn't wanna refund me my money. She was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend a soul to her she can't take measurements to save her life.

I was in there to purchase a tuxedo rental for my daughters Cotillion her dad always measured and…read moreinformed them that he wears a 5 to 6X in clothes and that he wears a 15 double wide in shoes upon picking up the rental the lady just showed me the pieces and gave me the details to drop off between 10 and 3 PM that Monday never once did they say to have her dad try anything on. On Saturday after I got off and met with her dad he tried everything on to realize the shoes were a 16 medium too tight for him to wear the vest for the tuxedo was a two XL even if it was adjustable the buttons were falling off the suit jacket was too small to wear if he would have worn it he would have ripped it at the seem.. The only thing that Her dad was able to wear wear the pants and the shirt which was a four XL and riddled with starch button stains.. And bow tie.. if that was the case I would have just gotten him a button-down shirt and pants to wear instead of wasting $192 and they did not care that they ruin his daughters Cotillion being that he was the only father who was not formally dressed and he had to walk his daughter down the aisle and escort her they did not care how he felt nor did they care about my daughter crying because her day was ruined.. I honestly would not recommend this place at all everyone was Rude from the ladies working to the owner who think he knows what he's doing.. This is one black owned business I will never support again..
