    I was really excited to support this boutique and purchased a skort that looked and fit me great…read morein-store. I spent a little under $400 at this boutique. Unfortunately, the first time I wore it, which was only 3 days after I purchased it, the zipper popped and broke while I was at dinner. It was so embarrassing and I had to hold the skort together while my entire bottom half was almost naked. Thankfully there was another boutique nearby that I could walk to and get another outfit -- I actually had to be cut out of it because the zipper wouldn't budge. When I contacted the boutique, I was told they wouldn't issue a refund or even a store credit because the item had been worn. I understand policies, but it's disappointing that there's no accountability for an item that was clearly defective. I expected a higher level of customer care and quality. I called the boutique and asked to please speak with the owner, in which she refuses to even call me back. I shop at boutiques all over the area and this is the WORST customer service I've ever received. You would think as a small business owner you would want to make the situation right for your customer who spent a good amount of money at your store. Given this experience, I would never shop here again, and I would never recommend the boutique to others and will absolutely be sharing my experience with others so they can also stay clear of this boutique. It's unfortunate, as I had high hopes, but the lack of accountability left a lasting impression. Now I have to find a local seamstress that will fix the zipper because I'm not going to just throw a BRAND NEW piece of clothing away that I loved so much after purchasing it. I would stay clear of this boutique. The clothing is obviously not of good quality and breaks easily. This is the second item that has broken from this boutique. Absolute shame on this owner for treating her customers this way.

    7/18/17 First timer here!…read more I am visiting family from California and decided to get facials with my cuzzin! I am so glad I came in today. I walked in and it smells so amazing in here and it's very clean. They have music is lightly playing and the walls are a beautiful pinkish color. Karalee did my facial and she is AMAZING!! My face feels so wonderful and refreshed! I'm so glad I stopped by here! I recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing facial. She's very knowledgeable and knows hee stuff !

When I called her and asked her about them, she basically blamed me and said I "didn't do something right " with either improper makeup use, improper sleeping position, etc. I have had my eyelashes done 3 times prior at other salons and never had it happen before. So instead of correcting the situation, she blamed the client. I also had microblading done by her the same day. I was happy with my microblading also. Your initial appointment charges the cost of the initial and the cost of the touch up. I scheduled my touch up appointment the same day to return 4 weeks later. When it was time for my touch up, she called me the day before and asked me if she could reschedule it for later because the shop was closing for Strawberry Fest. I agreed and she reschedule it for 3 weeks later. I arrived for my appointment 3 weeks later and she never showed up. She called me the next day apologizing saying she forgot to put me down on the books when SHE rescheduled me. Ok, getting a little annoyed but I understand. So she schedules me out 4 weeks later for the end of May. Now take into consideration my initial appointment was the first week in March. I asked her to send me a text confirmation so I wouldn't forget bc I was driving at the moment. She said sure no problem. I never did receive the text confirmation. She swears she set it up but I can tell you, I NEVER received one. So I call her yesterday and asked her when can I get in for my initial and she has an attitude saying I missed my appointment and now due so I can get in until July. I explained to her that I never received a text to confirm and she says she set it up so now it is My Fault Again..... So I have been passed off for 5 months for an appointment that should have been done 3-4 weeks after my initial! I told her forget about it, I will go somewhere else where the employees are more professional. Now I have lost out on the money I spent for my touch up and will have to pay someone else to do the job SHE has already been paid for. My advice: if you want eyelash extensions or microblading, find someone else more professional.
