I called Saturday for an appointment for my nieces hair because she had homecoming that night. Yes, I know it was last minute but things came up. I asked for a simple updo and I mentioned on the phone several times that she is biracial and her hair is very very curly. I asked if this is a type of hair texture that she feels comfortable with doing and she assured me it is no problem at all. I show up for the 4:00 appointment and she doesn't see us until 4:25 because she was running behind. I show her the picture we want (see attachment) and she happily said, "oh yea, that's no problem at all" as she begins to do her hair it becomes clear that she might not know what she's doing but we let her continue. She then STOPS and takes a phone call for 5-8 minutes (she was already running behind and we have a dance to continue getting ready for) she comes back and continues. After another 15 minutes she turns her around and is done.....I seriously could not believe what her hair looked like. I asked her about the twist we wanted and she tried and that failed as well. Finally, I just said, "ok that's good and thank you". She charged me the $30 and I wanted to not pay SO bad but I didn't want to make a scene with my niece there. Here are the pictures of the mess this "stylist" wanted my niece to wear at homecoming! This was her first homecoming and we got in the car and the tears starting falling! Thankfully we called her aunt and she was able to do something and she looked beautiful. I do understand that she might not have known what to do, BUT she could have easily said, " I'm sorry but I'm not really sure what to do" she could have said anything but she didn't and she actually thought it was ok to make my niece look like this. I am hoping and praying that another little girl does not have to deal with this. This was very embarrassing for my niece and my frustration about this matter is unbelievable.

It had been a while since I got my roots bleached and toned, so I made another appointment a month later for my hair. To say she's really good with platinum blondes is an understatement, she got my hair looking absolutely incredible for my birthday next week!! I don't think I'd ever let anyone else touch my hair with bleach. Got my next appointment for my roots booked for July highly recommend for any blondes looking for the perfect bleach and tone

I initially met with another group and was met with what felt like a cold shoulder and insincere responses. Not with Weiler. Everyone is cheerful and ready to help. All of the staff is excited to check on me and see progress. 20 out of 10 if I could rate that way. They have several locations across south Louisiana. The surgeries are done at the Baton Rouge location and all follow ups from surgery there after. The satellite locations are used for their other aesthetic procedures like Botox and skin care. I ended up with a Extended Tummy Tuck and Lipo 360. Since losing over 120 lbs 15 years ago, this was the best route to get my body back to "normal". What I will say is I have NEVER looked better. The incision line is razor thin, the swelling is well managed weekly by the staff and Dr. Brownlee, and I have never felt better.

Arrived early for my appointment. Waited in the lobby with no one else for 30 mins and only after I asked if it was customary to wait this long for an appt, the front desk lady finally tried to take me to the back. I refused as I was uncertain if the chair time would be longer. My only recommendation is to respect people's time! My appt was preset in advance and I still had to wait an extended period of time which is unacceptable. You don't know if I was on my lunch break or whatever and no one cared to explain the wait time as if it was normal. I decided to cancel the appt and any future appts.
