Freakin bonehead! I returned the next day with the bra still in the unopened box and my receipt, she told me that I could not return it because it was a final sale item. I replied and said you didn't tell me that yesterday and she said well sorry. So I asked to speak to someone else and the next Lady told me that I couldn't return it because it was a lingerie item. How is a nude bra a lingerie item? I didn't proceeded to tell her how the same cashier told me I could return it yesterday with my receipt if it was unopened and she still said no. How do you tell people they can return stuff and then when they come to return it you tell them no after I already asked you. And note it's wrapped up in an unopened box.

Whereas in the past, the merchandise was way over cluttered and stuffed around everywhere, this visit allowed customers to maneuver around the merchandise and other customers and actually find items. While the number of dressing rooms is quite disappointing for this size a store, there was no one waiting the day I went. I appreciated the assistance, but I could have done without the snip of the attendant barking at people to hang their items back up and bring out what they don't want. I get it because i don't like the crazy messes either, but she was a bit abrasive and offsetting. Everyone other person I encountered more than made up for her, so I'm chalking that up to a bad day or maybe working in the changing rooms is punishment. I like the way they have redone the checkout line - they have gone the way of Marshalls and TJ Maxx and have one line with several cashiers. There were enough staff there so the line moved quickly. Everyone also got a free bottle of hand sanitizer, so that was a little bonus (remember when they gouged us for $5 per tiny bottle?) I hope this wasn't a one-time experience, and future visits will be just as pleasant. I have to compliment them for the good experience on this visit.
