I was really excited to support this boutique and purchased a skort that looked and fit me great…read morein-store. I spent a little under $400 at this boutique. Unfortunately, the first time I wore it, which was only 3 days after I purchased it, the zipper popped and broke while I was at dinner. It was so embarrassing and I had to hold the skort together while my entire bottom half was almost naked. Thankfully there was another boutique nearby that I could walk to and get another outfit -- I actually had to be cut out of it because the zipper wouldn't budge. When I contacted the boutique, I was told they wouldn't issue a refund or even a store credit because the item had been worn. I understand policies, but it's disappointing that there's no accountability for an item that was clearly defective. I expected a higher level of customer care and quality. I called the boutique and asked to please speak with the owner, in which she refuses to even call me back. I shop at boutiques all over the area and this is the WORST customer service I've ever received. You would think as a small business owner you would want to make the situation right for your customer who spent a good amount of money at your store. Given this experience, I would never shop here again, and I would never recommend the boutique to others and will absolutely be sharing my experience with others so they can also stay clear of this boutique. It's unfortunate, as I had high hopes, but the lack of accountability left a lasting impression. Now I have to find a local seamstress that will fix the zipper because I'm not going to just throw a BRAND NEW piece of clothing away that I loved so much after purchasing it. I would stay clear of this boutique. The clothing is obviously not of good quality and breaks easily. This is the second item that has broken from this boutique. Absolute shame on this owner for treating her customers this way.

I made an appointment not having a clue of what I was looking for or what styles would work best for me. Before arriving, I went through their extensive online inventory and added every dress I thought I might like to my wishlist. Somehow, Amber was able to look at my nearly 50 dress wishlist full of different style dresses and decipher exactly what I wanted when I had no clue. She brought me around and showed me the dresses she thought I would like best. She really listened to everything I said about each detail I liked and didn't like, and then we picked the 6 best to try on first. I tried them all on to be sure, but ultimately, I could not get over the second dress she pulled for me! She was so patient, kind, and helpful! I got so many compliments and I felt so beautiful and confident in it! Thanks to everyone at Blush!!
