Funny story how I ended up shopping in Old Navy- on vacation and tore out my jeans... you know where! So I popped into the closest store to see about a replacement. Sales across many items- but price tags were hard to find. I kept having to go to the price checker numerous times to see how much the item was. The clothing also wasn't kept neat and/or in size order- which made shopping more difficult. I avoided the clearance section entirely- which is not my style- just because it was simply chaos. Too messy to shop. The dressing rooms were also unkept. I tried on a couple of pants, toyed with the idea of buying other clothing and passed since I was tired of going back and forth trying to find out prices. I've only been in a couple times, two to be exact, but the other reviews have me cracking up. This location is particularly messy, isn't it?! I've also found that they are slooooooow. Both times, two cashiers and a very short line are always a 15min wait. Nonsense. One of the times was an online order and it was still slow! Ugh. Also, if you have an Old Navy credit card, you can't make a payment to your account in the store. In my opinion, that's pretty dumb. Staff are always helpful and kind. Deals are always good and the store has always been pretty clean when I've been in.

Old Navy is hit or miss. I used to buy their jeans. I am petite/short, so they make the length perfect for short legs. But now, I've found another brand of jeans that fit like a glove. The only reason why I give them a 3 star is because their shirts are too big. I wear an extra small and it's still big. Don't get me wrong, they have great sales and quality of the clothing is fair. But I've noticed that I am quickly donating my clothes than keeping them for awhile. Just recently I wanted to check out their new winter line clothing and bought me a scarf and a french bulldog thermal long sleeve shirt. They were 30 percent off, which was great. But for some reason, I am still not feeling this store and don't see myself as a frequent shopper. I'll check their store out once a year, if that. Prettttttty terrible. Agree with the other reviewers, the store is always a mess. And what happened to the quality / prices? It seems the quality has gone WAY down the the prices WAY UP! Do they do that so they can splash 50% off signs everywhere to make you think you're getting a good deal? Clearly a new manager has taken over,visited the store a couple times this month. WOW! Organized and the cleanliness of the store blows my mind. I recommend anyone who has lost hope in this store go back and shop. It no longer looks like a bomb went off whenever you go there to shop. read more

This store is awful. It is totally trashed! Yes, lots on sale but nothing I really want. The whole store is just a total mess. Can't find anything in your size without digging, even on non sale items. This is my second time in this location and same both times. The line is really really long and though the store is very quiet and I don't see any customers circulating only one cashier. The cashier is now talking to her friend on the walkie talkie. This store/location needs a major overhaul. Clothes strewn on the floor, a line of 30 people (I've been waiting 15 minutes and am about 1/2 way through the line). Only 4 of the possible 8 registers open. In addition, trying to find a pair of pants to exchange took almost 1/2 hour as all the shelves have pants crammed in w/ no logical meaning to sizes or types of fit. Not a clerk in sight to offer any assistance. Today's experience is atrocious. I know there's a lot of holiday returns and post holiday bargain shoppers, but this is truly pathetic. This store is atrocious. Every time I go in, it's a horrible mess, and today was no exception. The store wasn't crowded by any means - other than the line at the cash registers - yet the men's jeans were in disarray and there wasn't an employee in sight. After digging to find the one pair in my boyfriend's size (seriously?), we went to get in line. It was long enough to almost be in the men's department, yet there were only two registers open. We left without buying anything - what a waste of time. The Kenwood location was consistently a better experience, and I was very disappointed that they closed it. Another great place to get reasonably priced clothes. If you frequently shop here, you might benefit from having their credit card as you can get notifications of sales as well as earn reward points that convert into gift certificates. In the men's area there is a quick change booth where one can try on a tshirt or something simple without having to mess with a real changing room. I like that and wish more places had this feature. There were plenty of helpful staff in the store, at least when I was there. Even though it is Fall, there did not seem to be much in the way of colder weather clothing...yet. The racks and tables were filled with tshirts that will probably be going on sale for deeply discounted prices. Stock up now while you can. *Some of their workout clothes are really nice and not that expensive. *Check out the clearance/sale racks for some really good deals. read more

First and last visit. What a joke. Took my 10 yr old granddaughter as a requested birthday present. Walked in seeing signs of 40 % off on windows. 20-30-40% signs posted all over the store. Granddaughter picked out clothes behind these signs and from the clearance rack -also found a purse behind the 50% off sign. I was very happy too see so many items on sale. Went to check out most articles were full price signs only applied to one quarter of the rack Some clearance items were not on sale. Purse was full price the50% didn't apply to THAT PURSE. I was disgusted. I stated the signs were deceptive marketing. Also the 40% off applied only to ON credit card holders. I applied for the card to get the 40% off. I've bought many clothes at Old Navy over the years, and thought I'd give them a shot tonight since I was in search of an inexpensive (ahem.... cheap) sleeveless top to wear to a business casual function tomorrow evening. I went in 30 minutes prior to closing, and was given a friendly greeting at the door. Despite being the end of the day, the store was clean and clothes were mostly neatly arranged. The A/C switched off shortly after I arrived and it began to get stuffy inside the store. After a quick look around (it only took about 2 minutes), I realized that they no longer carry the sort of attire I was looking for (i.e. no basics. O' how I long for the Old Navy of yesteryear...). I saw lots of super-casual beach attire, knits, dresses, and activewear, and an enormous wall of flip flops. The line for checkout was a bit long due to only one register being open at the end of the day, but I would have waited if I really wanted to make a purchase. In the future I'd head over to Gap or NY&Co. for more professional attire. Old Navy used to carry some dressier items, but it seems like they have stopped doing so. read more

I love shopping at Old Navy because their clothes are always super cheap and cute! However, this particular Old Navy is difficult because it's usually pretty messy (clothes everywhere!) and parking can be a disaster at Rookwood. I love old Navy but this particular location lacks in customer service and organization. No one smiles when you ask for help. I called for business hours inquiry and I guess the connection was bad? But their response was "what!?".after answering my question they then hung up without a "thank you, have a nice day" . Not even a "goodbye". Rude. Where else would I find all of the denim I wear? A lot of people knock Old Navy because of their cheap prices, but they have an amazing denim selection. Their button down denim shirts are top notch! The shirts don't last too long, but they are comfy and wear well. I use them for work and outdoor activities like hiking and fishing and they hold up quite well. As for the store appearance, its rough. There are clothes thrown everywhere. I don't even know how the employees keep up with keeping the clothes in order. People literally throw clothes on the floor here, it's a bit rough. They need some interior decor revamping ASAP! read more

This is the Old Navy that I usually go too. It's close to my house and right in Rookwood where I do all my other shopping. As other reviewers state, this place is disorganized and a disaster! I went today and waited in line to cash out for a good almost 30 minutes. It's a Friday night and they only have two cashiers! Not only did it take so long, I went to leave and once the security door thing kept beeping I realized that the cashier had left the tag on my shirt. I had to go back in and get it removed. Hot mess! It's rare to find everything organized, especially the clearance section. The checkout line also takes forever. I've put everything back and just left multiple times because the wait is so long.
