My wife and I came for some things last minute, we know old navy closes at 9- but by 8:50 they had the door closed. When we approach it there was a guy saying they closed and we literally had to ask him to let us in bc it wasn't 9 yet. And he rudely said well you have 10mins make it fast. How rude! read more

This location is right by my house and I would love to be a regular customer but they NEVER have small sizes here! Ever! In any item! I've been checking for over a year. I have now just given up and pretend like this store doesn't exist because I know they won't have anything in my size (but they will at Barton Creek). There is a reason this location has 1 1/2 stars. Shop elsewhere. Everytime Dont shop here there is no customer service . They never have sizes you need. The woman with blond short hair who dresses in mens clothing Stands behind register or walks around not helping the customers waiting in line. I think she may be an assistant manager which is scary. I was so excited to see an old navy in Southpark Meadows! I had to stop in and check it out. As soon as I started shopping it was apparent how much they tried to shove as much as they could into this little store. It was horrible shopping here due to the isles being too crowded. I had one of their small upright carts and that even had difficulties getting through some of the displays or racks of clothing. People were constantly having to go back the way they came because it was too crowded to pass by each other. It was a mess. Not too mention if you had ADA needs- I don't think you could have a positive shopping experience here. This Old Navy location needs to downsize their merchandise selection and mannequins- it was too crowded! Recommend if you're just popping in to get one or two items, but if you're browsing for nothing in particular I would go to Barton Creek Mall or the Brodie Lane location. read more

I was a little surprised by the reviews but after inside this old Navy I see why. The store is a mess, there are clothes thrown or overloaded on racks, and the staff was not friendly. There was two cashiers and 3 people in front of me checking out. I was in line for about 10 minutes. I am not sure what the issue was but once it was my turn it took maybe 1-2 minutes. I also take off all my hangers before all purchases from any store (I use to work in retail years ago and it helps speed up the check out process). The cashier seemed super confused by this as he proceeded to make a weird noise from his month (maybe a tsk? noise) and asked "you don't want to keep the hanger?" Hmmm ummm no, that is why it is not attached to the shorts I want to purchase. Who really wants cheap plastic short hangers from Old Navy? read more

Walked up at 6:30 on a Sunday and the doors were closed and locked. Clearly stated 7:00 on Thursday doors and online.

I don't like to leave unkind reviews, but this is necessary so who ever is in charge can get a grip on their store. What a disappointment, this is the most unorganized store I've ever seen. Clothes thrown everywhere, racks half empty, tables with what looks like piles of dirty laundry. The layout is incredibly cluttered and claustrophobic. Maybe it's just a lack of staff, or staff training, either way who ever is in charge is terrible at planning things from the looks of it. read more

Save your time, go to the Brodie location. This Old navy is absolutely appalling. Floor set was happening in the middle of the day and the walls were left bare. Poor employees, only three people in the floor and no one in the dressing room. Dirty and didn't get greeted. read more

I love Old Navy, so I was super excited to throw my money at this new location that opened close to home. Their selection was packed with a variety of stylish summer clothing, and after a while perusing, I picked out a few items that I fell in love with. It wasn't until I went to checkout that my experience turned sour. As soon as I walked up to the counter, the girl ringing me up did not bother making eye contact or greeting me. She was too busy chatting with her male co-worker about adding each other on Snapchat to provide even the smallest shred of customer service. She rung me up without ever talking to me and surprisingly gave a half hearted and far too late "Have a nice day" as I turned to leave. This kind of customer service made me feel unwelcome, and that's a shame because I really love Old Navy! Not sure if I will come back to this location. read more

I'm not super into old navys, but I decided to visit this one. The store was pretty messy, and the bathrooms were downright disgusting (and had no soap!) Also, the price check stations weren't working. Honestly the only redeeming factor is the fact that the ladies at the registers were nice. read more

The Manager Ashley is very unprofessional and it seems as if though her title has gone to her head. She was talking down to her employees & I felt so embarrassed for them. They need a more welcoming manager who is helpful and treats customers and her employees with respect. read more

Although I don't shop at Old Navy often, I was excited to see the new location had opened & thought I'd give it a visit. Unfortunately I was left disappointed. The staff didn't greet anyone, when I was looking for help they'd make eye contact & then quick look away, and the staff in the dressing room was outright rude. I was done trying on clothes, came out with all the items I had tried on rehung & asked them where I could put them. The lady sitting down on her phone chatting with the other employee look at me in disgust, rolling her eyes stated "right there is fine." Like I kind of mention Old Navy is not the first store I tend to visit for my clothing needs & unfortunately after this visit it will continue to stay this way. read more

This Old Navy location is wayyyyyy too cluttered. I'm not sure what's up with the stores at South Park Meadows, but this is another one that has way too much merchandise for the location. If you enjoy squeezing your way past other customers and clothing, then this is the place for you. Not ideal for parents with strollers. I barely was able to to make it through the narrow aisles. The selection was not the best, so I prefer online ordering, but they did have a lot on clearance with was great. The associates needed registers or checkout devices that actually worked. I spent an extra 5 minutes waiting on one person try to ring up my order on a device that was not working properly. By the time I actually left, it felt more like 10 minutes had passed. I will not go back. I will probably just order online. It was more of a pain going there and being in such a small space and not really being able to find what I was looking for, while squeezing past other customers. If they didn't have so much stacked up on top of one another, I think it would be ideal. Not stroller friendly and your children will be hidden amongst the clothing if you let them roam free. read more
