I occasionally review big box, corporate places if I have to go to them. Because what can you really say when they're all about the same? Anyway, clean store though it felt dated. Slow checkout service as cashier was assisting customer in front of us with a problem. As pictured, our dog had to start ringing up customers lol. Seriously after about a 6 minute wait and a line forming behind us, a second cashier appeared. Selection and pricing what you expect from Old Navy. Definitely not the same place they were 25 years ago. Such is life. read more

Old Navy - I'll take the next customer in line. - Men's Clothing Near Me - Austin, Texas

Always a great experience at this Old Navy location in Mueller! Whenever my husband and I are in the area, we love stopping in to browse. The store is always clean, well-organized, and never feels chaotic like some other locations can. The layout flows naturally--from jeans to casual wear, office-friendly styles, and activewear. The men's and women's sections are equally spaced out, and the kids' and baby sections are tucked in the back. It's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Plus, this location has a public restroom, which is always a plus! Returns--whether purchased in-store or online--are quick and hassle-free. I've never had any issues. The fitting rooms are consistently clean and easy to access. I especially love shopping here during their extra 50% off sales--the value is great and the variety of styles means there's always something new to find. Highly recommend this location if you're in the area! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE - HORRIFIC DISPLAY OF INHUMANITY I would put 0 stars if I could. --I just witnessed one of the most disturbing and dehumanizing things l've ever seen at a retail store -- at Old Navy, of all places. A mother and her three-or four-year-old daughter were arrested for allegedly shoplifting what appeared to be a very small amount of items -- likely school clothes. The mother was crying and worse, her child sobbed uncontrollably. And what did this store do? Absolutely nothing to de-escalate. Quite the opposite. Not one but TWO police cars showed up and began searching her vehicle. It was unclear if they got the mother's her explicit consent to search, and I did not hear Miranda rights were read. It was an outrageous, disproportionate response. She wasn't violent. She wasn't trying to flee. She was a mother with her small child at Old Navy on a Sunday afternoon. Then, in a remarkable act of kindness, another woman offered to pay for the items - even double the amount. The police, standing in a circle of absurdity, said, "If the manager allows it, we'll let her go." And the manager - whose face I will never forget - said NO. Let that sink in. The police were willing to de escalate. The manager kept this horrific display of inhumanity going. A child crying. A mother begging. A community member offering to resolve the situation. And this manager chose cruelty. This is not about loss prevention. This is not about protecting store assets. This is about humiliating a struggling mother in front of her child and criminalizing poverty. This is capitalism without conscience - weaponized. If you think this is okay - if you support a store that chooses punishment over compassion, shame over understanding, and arrests over basic humanity - then by all means, shop here. But I refuse to spend one cent at any Old Navy location ever again. Not after seeing this. I have video footage of one of the two police vehicles rifling through this woman's car. I also have a photo of the manager who refused to allow another human being to help. I have included the photo if the UNMARKED police car searching the vehicle and attached it here. Old Navy should be ashamed. And this particular manager should not be in any position of power. Never again. Postscript: if the woman arrested would like to reach out to me via yelp message, and chooses to hire a lawyer to prosecute for mental health damages, i am more than willing to testify. read more

The staff is what is keeping this from a 1 star review. They were so patient and I thanked them for working retail. Like everyone says on Google Maps and on here, the stock is nearly empty. There was nothing in my size and I just had to try on smaller clothing to see if I could fit in the next size (and order online). The men's main section is where the line piles up and it's chaotic! Don't even get me started on the mess of clearance... I will be going to the Round Rock location from here on out. read more

My run in with the manager Sarah answered so many questions I had about this store. Everytime I walk into this store it looks like a tornado has just blown through. The shelves are always cluttered, Jean's are hanging half off the hangers, items are priced incorrectly, and dont ask for the price that the sign reads cause you wont get it. Even though the entire wall says XX% OFF. When I came to check out the cashier I had was arguing with the employee next to her. She was angry that she had to come to work today, she hates having to cover for other employees. She even told her that she MUST leave right at 2PM she will not stay a second later. I mind my own business. She proceeds to ring my items up, 3 shirts, 3 shorts 2 pairs of flip flops. She is literally ripping the shirts off the hangers. One hanger actually breaks. The flip flops ring up regular price $19.99+tax. I tell her what the wall says, she stares at me for a second or two and says, "Uhhhhh,No! If anything they are 20%off." I tell her the wall says 30% off and there are about 5 or 6 rows of these sandals 2 rows of light brown, 2 rows of dark brown and 2 rows of black. If they are mispriced then it should be fixed. Her response was, "Fine ma'am, I'll just override if for customer satisfaction." Now I'm a 5'7" 215lb short cut hair guy. "Excuse me? I'm no Ma'am." "Right, excuse me. Sir!" To which I reply, "Clearly you are having a bad day. Just ring my stuff up and I'll be out of here. But first I want to speak with your manager." *chuckle* "I AM the manager of this store. This is MY store!" "Well whoever is over you ma'am!" "Ugh, i'll just give you the stores number." "Will YOU answer?" "I dont know, who ever answers will answer." "No, you dont understand. I dont want to speak with you. You sound like what is wrong with this store. I need to speak with someone above you." "Well, I AM the store manager. And the stores number is on the receipt. Have a good day, sir." I grabbed the stuff I paid for and left. I have already called the corporate office. 0 Stars given! This woman Sarah clearly doesn't care about this store or the employees that work there. read more

Such a wacky experience. The whole store was a mess. Clothes on the floor, piled on top of tables and not folded. I went to the fitting room to try some clothes on. It was dirty, full of dust bunnies and trash. Only good thing was that I got a fitting room right away. To pay, the line was so long even though all the registers were open. When it came to pay, it felt SO expensive, which was insane because there were discounts all over the store and with the items I purchased that did not reflect the price at the register. I didn't even have the energy to argue, I was so blown away by the ridiculous prices and I really needed the items I was there for. I questioned it at the register, it was the general manager (Megan/Meagan??) at mine, and she was being bombarded by her staff so she seemed annoyed. I couldn't bother to ask at that point, and only accepted 2 rewards per transaction??? Other Old Navy's accept 4. I'm disappointed in everything. I feel like it would've been cheaper to purchase everything online. read more

Old Navy has always been one of my favorite stores, no matter the location. This location in particular is possibly one of the biggest Old Navy's I have ever been in. I had $10 in Super Cash I earned from shopping at an Old Navy in another city that I was able use here, which saved me $10 when I spent more than $25. Being able to utilize my Super Cash was nice, I just wish there was a time span longer than one week in which I could spend it. Also, the pricing seemed to be off on several items listed as on sale when a friend I was with used the price scanner to double check prices. The staff at this particular store was very friendly and eager to help, especially the lady that rang up my purchases - I think she was even more excited about how much I saved than I was! read more

Old Navy - 5 tanks for $20! - Men's Clothing Near Me - Austin, Texas

As a former employee of Old Navy, I am baffled by how terribly this store is run. I waited in line with at least 6 people in front of me and 1 cashier that didn't seemed to be phased by the long line. I ended up putting the items I WAS going to purchase down and ended up leaving. From my experience, there should be no more than 2 people waiting per register or you call back up. It looks like a tornado went through this store and no attempt to fix it. I'd avoid this Old Navy at all costs. read more

It felt like shopping in a yard sale. Clothes and hangers everywhere! The dressing rooms are not maintained at all! Covid anyone? The one person I say on the floor was on her phone. You can find plenty of L and XL at this location good luck if you are smaller. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Dear Old Navy, Thanks you for showing me what people are wearing "these days," and that my jeans and sweaters won't work everyday. I drive over today to visit you, and I see big chunky floppy shirts and leggings. Okay, this is a first for me. Leggings. I grab a pair, and try them on. I admire my figure from the front, and I think to myself, "Okay, not as bad as I thought, I can pull these off." Then I turn around. What the hell? I had no idea that my exercise regime of getting up, walking to the fridge, grabbing a beer, and drinking it was not working. My butt is not what it was when I was in my twenties. Note to self : Learn how to work out. I find a cute dress and some shirt thing, the leggings, and go checkout. The guy was super nice and polite. He gave me some coupon for next time I head to you, Old Navy. I get home, and put on the leggings and shirt thing. I stare in the mirror, wondering how people go to gyms or parks or run or "do stuff." I grab some chips and vegan queso, and write this letter to you, ON, and figure I will start working out next week. Honestly, it's probably going to be "never," but I feel good just having the thought. Thanks, Jenny L. read more

Poor selection of sizing - plenty of larges and extra larges... but but xs-m! It took 15 minutes for me to check out. There was only two people ahead of me and three registers open. I appreciate being friendly, but these cashiers kept on talking and talking to the customer....it was wayy too excessive. When i went to check out, i told the woman i was in a hurry, that i wasnt trying to be rude but i really didn't need my tshirts folded. She literally stared at me and didn't respond, i apologized again for my necessity in getting out of there asap but i was late for work (i was buying tshirts for a tshirt drive) She stopped, looked at me and said it was habit for her to fold them, proceeded to become even slower than before and keep folding them. I was beyond shocked at her passive aggressive attitude. Never will i frequent this old navy again, and plan on following up with corporate. read more

The employees are not ensuring that the clearance section only has clearance items. I saw a number of full priced items in there. Children's clothes were mixed in with adult clothes. Picked out an item that had a clearance sticker only to be told it was wrong and that was that. read more

Took forever. Not always priced clearly. Put more cashiers on. You folks need to take care of your customers better.

Manager and cashier associates are clueless with online returns. Seriously, slow down and communicate with your customers before making assumptions and trying to back peddle after your screw up. read more

I've always loved Old Navy, cheap clothes with no logos. For those out there on their own, old navy is the place to shop! I don't want to pay an extra $20s for a shirt with a bird on it, and that is what is old navy is here for! Got a few blank vnecks on sale for $5s each, good quality too! Collared shirts were only $7 to $15s. Dress pants. The most expensive thing I've ever gotten here was a belt for full price, no sale for $20s. It was reversible and I needed one urgently since I left mine in Dallas moving to Austin, so I didnt mind paying for it. read more

Never had any issues here. I can always find my size and never have to wait a long time to check out. I know if I need a tank top or a regular tee I know I will have good luck coming here. read more

This particular store is like the anti-Old Navy. Old Navy typically prides itself on providing affordable clothing in a wide range of sizes making it incredibly accessible... which this store does not. This store never has a even a decent clearance section to pick through and they don't stock most their regular price clothes in XXLs. I think I bought one dress from here a few years ago, but any other times I've walked out empty handed and have learned not to even bother with this store anymore. I give it two stars because it's clean, but only because there's, like, nothing in there. read more

I used to love shopping here, but will never again. I bought a shirt and shoes with a groupon and when I came home I found a stain I missed on the shirt. I took it back and the cashier put 75% of the price I paid back in my card. I showed him how I paid part of the shirt with a groupon. He got his old manager with her bra hanging out. She was not very nice and told me that they could only give me what I paid for. Even if they coudn't give me back the full price the lady didn't have to be a complete *bad word*. read more
