I was instructed to text them my name, email, phone number so they could send me an invoice in a few days when they completed the job. I did this and never heard from them again! Ashton at Ocean Spray did an excellent job on my home. I saw an ad online and called for an…read moreestimate. Within 24 hours we had a low priced estimate emailed with an option for additional services. I opted for power washing and shutter painting at this time but will certainly have my pool area cleaned later in the season. Ashton answered my phone calls and questions quickly and reliably. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and when he left there was no trace left behind. The shutters were painted and rehung and look brand new, a lot of the hardware was rotted and was all replaced for no additional cost. He ensured I was completely happy before accepting my payment. I will certainly use Ocean Spray in the future. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Based on Yelp reviews I called Nowak for an estimate on Gutter & Downspout Cleaning, I got Voice…read moreMail & left a message. A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels. Do not hesitate in hiring Matt. He's extremely pleasant, does fabulous work and will keep you on a recurring calendar. Thanks Matt! Now can you do anything about the squirrels? :)

We heard someone power washing the concrete wall behind our condo. I investigated. When the…read moregentleman paused from washing, I approached him and commented how nice his work looked and if he could spray our portion of the wall too. He said that my neighbor had hired him to clean his portion. I asked if he be willing to spray our back yard section. He said he'd be happy to power wash our portion, and wouldn't charge us anything, since he had all his equipment set up already. Let me state clearly - that it was the kindest most generous action we've experienced in a long time. We highly recommend D1 Pressure Washing, LLC and the results of the clean wall will shine as spring should arrive shortly.
