I was instructed to text them my name, email, phone number so they could send me an invoice in a few days when they completed the job. I did this and never heard from them again! Within 24 hours we had a low priced estimate emailed with an option for additional services. I opted for power washing and shutter painting at this time but will certainly have my pool area cleaned later in the season. Ashton answered my phone calls and questions quickly and reliably. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and when he left there was no trace left behind. The shutters were painted and rehung and look brand new, a lot of the hardware was rotted and was all replaced for no additional cost. He ensured I was completely happy before accepting my payment. I will certainly use Ocean Spray in the future. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

They also directly sprayed exterior outlets and my Ring doorbell, causing permanent damage and costing me an additional $100 to repair and replace. So my overall cost is $600 and I'm still looking at a dirty home. When I reached out to them about my complain they were incredibly defensive- despite me making it clear I wasn't asking for a discount- and insisted that I couldn't prove they caused any of the damage, that it was the paint making it look dirty instead of them missing any areas, and that it was unfair of my to post any reviews without allowing them to come back and touch up the missed areas. On my first negative review they responded by exposing my personal information in retaliation. Due to their defensive tone and the damage already caused I'm not interested in allowing them back on my property.

On delivery day, there had been a truck fire at the dump which halted their dumping, so there were no empty containers. So they went out of their way to bring a partly filled container, so I could load up the day's debris. I have been in the remodeling industry for many years and have ordered literally thousands of…read moredumpsters. I can honestly say that Coastal was sincerely the best experience I have had with any dumpster company. I received the dumpster right on time when ordered. I needed it to be picked up at in a one-hour window so we could finish loading it and have it removed for pictures immediately after. Andrew was right on time. That allowed me to get my property listed for sale the same day. He also swept my driveway after picking the dumpster up. That has never happened before with anyone that I have ever dealt with. Not only did it leave the job site clean, but it also saved me time and money by not having to choreograph and pay for someone to do it. I was not expecting that, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The dumpster looked brand new as did his truck/equipment. Andrew was well spoken, dressed professionally, and was very helpful. The whole process was smooth and professional. That has not been the norm with other companies and was very refreshing. It is nice to have a nice-looking dumpster to project the professionalism and cleanliness that I like to portray with my jobs verses a rusty beat up one that looked like it came from the bottom of the ocean. I am not one that writes reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize a young ambitious entrepreneur that is hungry and working hard to deliver a great product, which is so rare to find these days. Those are the types of people I like to see succeed and is why I am taking the time to write this review. I highly recommend Coastal Containers and their dumpsters will be on all of my future jobs.
