We visited Old Glory this past weekend. We ordered our dinner with the specificity that we wanted the food to be delivered together. We 1st received a half of dish of French fries which were cold. The table next to us delivered a dish overflowing...$8.00 for about 20 fries. When we questioned why the fries were coming out before our dinners the waitress advised, "yes, everything is coming out at different times tonight". No apology, Then about 15 min later we received 1 main dish, cool and with no more than 5 raviolis. another 10 min later came our appetizers and salad. We had to ask to have the empty platters removed as servers tried to squeeze in dishes on the table. We were constantly interrupted with servers bringing food to us that was not ours. We have been to Old Glory numerous times and also had a party at your restaurant. This was by far the worse dining experience we have had in years. Over $100 at the end of the night for nothing more than a horrible experience. read more

Great service, great food, amazing scenery definitely coming back. P.S Do yourself a favor and get the bacon wrapped meatloaf

Old Glory is my boyfriend and I's favorite local restaurant! The food is amazing (especially the wings and pizza). We love the atmosphere and always receive the best service! read more

Hey guys what's up again time for another review. This is shaping up to be one of my all time favorite spots to eat in Monmouth County. Definitely my fav in Keyport. Lemme tell you why ya ready? Lol. Basically my all time fav spot in Keyport food wise is Keyport Fishery but seeing as how there's no seating, ( it's to go only) it can sometimes be a pain in the ass because I don't always wanna eat outside anyways I digress. But all around old glory is banging seriously I've been there about half a dozen times so far and felt it's time to slap some good words on the place. Before I start with my experiences lemme tell you I'm writing this review as I wait for my brother to come pick me up and take me there again even though I freaking just ate there last night and this is the third time in the last week and a half lol. Ok on to the food I've had so far the vodka pie the margherita pie and the clam pie and I have to say their pizzas are freaking amazing point blank period. It's all coming out of a wood burning brick oven and although it doesn't compare to say the greats like Toronto's and Grimaldi's etc although it's a close second as far as bar pizza it's the best I've had to date and I've been to a lot of diff pizza spots all over the NY/NJ Area. I used to love Lee's Tavern in Staten Island but this place definitely beats it out by leaps and bounds. Btw I'm going back there for pizza again tonight lol as you can see I might have a little problem like intervention level problem lmfao. But with that said this place isn't just about pizza they have awesome apps an entrees as well. Definitely don't miss their fried mozzarella it is the best fried mozz I've ever had it's not sticks but rather wedges and the coating is bread crumbs that stick perfectly to the cheese and they're homemade so yea they're awesome. As are their onion rings which come with a dope Cajun remoulade to dip into. I also love their stuffed meatballs definitely not to be missed I promise you. I can also highly recommend their bacon wrapped meatloaf which comes with an amazing brown gravy and frizzled onions but so far the standout dish has been their Chicken Milanese which comes with an amazing arugula salad and balsamic reduction. It's freaking wonderful again they coat it with the bread crumbs perfectly and it comes out perfectly crunchy. Also also also DO NOT miss out on their homemade brick oven bread loaf with rosemary olive oil it's killer I can easily overload on just that and the arugula salad and end up taking everything else home because of it lol. Btw I read a couple of reviews of people saying it's garlic bread well it's not it's just topped with Parmesan cheese. Now the drinks are also awesome but like others have said they are a little light on the alcohol sometimes I think it depends on who's pouring that night. As far as the space itself it's amazing it's huge spacious and has tons of seating both communal picnic style and regular tables and booths. If it's a nice warm night I highly recommend sitting outside they have a separate bar area outside so you get your drinks fairly quickly provided they're not totally swamped. Which brings me to my final point of service and I saved the best for last because their service is second to none. I've never ever in my life seen workers as happy as the folks working at old glory and it shows throughout the experience from the moment you walk into the place with the hostess and extends all throughout the meal. I've had a few different servers and they've all been great but one total standout is a young gentleman whose of course name I forgot but he's awesome made me feel like I'm in his house hanging out each time he's waited on me. And there's nothing like walking into a place and having the waiter, ( more like a friend) ask how you been and bring up things you spoke about together last time you were there. Basically all in all this is definitely a shining star in an already stellar food town like Keyport which is definitely saying a lot. I absolutely love old glory and I'm positive you will too I've literally never had a bad experience there read more

Food is good but the service tends to suck the few times I've been there and management doesn't seem to do much about it.Plus is super loud on the weekends. Wish it was better since I hate driving down the shore to places with outdoor seating in the summer. I would go all the time if service was better read more

ok is what this place was. service was slow. beer selection us limited. food quality is SO down. I had the crab cakes and they were worse then I remember. they used to be delicious and I would crave them its sad to see how downhill this place is going. owners dont care at all. and everyone is rude, nobody wanted to explain why there's an extra 3% charge. the quality is not worth the prices. read more

My husband's birthday celebration at Old Glory was a great time. We were a group of people in the lounge area and it was like a cocktail party of drinks and apps. I have to compliment the server and bartender. The service was amazing. She was so attentive to us all night on top of being super friendly and very knowledgeable about the extensive beer selection. The staff went out of their way to provide a great service that night. We've been there before for dinner and we love the rustic feel and the menu. The beer list is also vast. Great place for a family dinner or night out with friends. read more

Our server Chris provided us with fantastic service and was Incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something he was right there, and was was quite fast about it. I give props to not only the waiting staff but also the kitchen. The service wasn't the only great factor of my experience, but the food was absolutely astounding. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anybody who wanted a truley amazing dining expirence. read more

We stopped here because we were visiting Sandy Hook. The food was amazing. We ordered the oven baked buffalo wings they were great they have a brick oven with a wood fire baking the pizza and wings. My crab cake sandwich was the best I ever had it was so fresh the steam came out of it when I cut the sandwich. My husband got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was also amazing, the bbq sauce that was used in the pizza was like no other it tasted homemade. The bread they make is also amazing. I would drive an hour to eat here again. The owner Chris was also very kind and the staff and service is fast. read more

We were here on Saturday afternoon for my Grandson's first birthday party. My daughter booked the party for the upstairs area. It was so much fun, we had the whole area to ourselves. Our servers were Ryan and Sheridan who could not have been more helpful, professional and polite. They gladly attended to all the guests needs with a smile. We had wings that were perfectly cooked followed by a delicious salad and three different types of pizza to finish off with. The pizza was awesome as well. anyone who decides to book a party here should ask for Sheridan and Ryan to be their servers for the event. You guys rock !! read more

Perfect atmosphere. Great food, reasonably priced! Get the spinach artichoke dip and the wings!!!!!!

My friends and i reserved a table for 9 on 7/3 at 8:45 for a birthday celebration. The air conditioning was broken so it was extremely hot inside the restaurant. We each ordered drinks that took over 20 minutes to get. We ordered dinner ( which to the restaurants credit was delicious ) but we ordered 2 pizzas and two burgers, the first pizza came out around 9:30, the burgers didnt come out until after 10pm and the final pizza we didnt get until 11pm after we finally had to get a manager. The waitress never came back to check on us to ask us if we needed anything. Anytime we wanted another drink we had to flag her down. The manager did take $30 off the bill but the overall experience was terrible. The food is always delicious, but the service combined with a broken air conditioner on a 80 degree night was terrible. read more

What a wonderful place to have our daughters baby shower! Jaclyn could have been more accommodating with anything we needed! Everyone had a wonderful time! The staff was right there with anything you asked for! read more

Just had brunch for a baby "sprinkle" with a party of 13 ladies upstairs. Was a bit nervous that the service would be a little slow but it turned out fine. Food was good. Most of us ordered from the brunch menu. read more

This is a great place in Keyport, NJ. The building and interior design are wonderful! The food is also excellent. I had the smokehouse chicken sandwich and friends had crab cake sandwich (with real lump crab) and pizza. Servers Sam and Tiffany were great! I plan to return to try more interesting things on the menu. read more

Absolutely fabulous the food atmosphere and service. One of my top favorite! I don't know what they put in the bread but it's delicious and addicting! read more

This place is awesome and unique in its decor being that it is renovated from an old church. Bar staff is prompt and knowledgeable and the apps are delicious. Often have great tap choices but if you can't find what you like there, the canned craft beer choices are vast. Worth a visit for sure read more

Yesterday we enjoyed a good dinner at Old Glory! Our waiter Nick was fantastic! I have to say he is the best waiter we have encountered at any restaurant. He was attentive and did not rush us. Thanks Nick for making our night out enjoyable!! read more

I hosted a surprise party at Old Glory and it was an amazing experience. I am so grateful for the welcoming and knowledgeable staff. They ensured every single person in party's needs were met. The entire planning process was easy and stress free. I highly recommend old glory for a party and/or for dinner. Their food is consistently amazing and their drinks are always delicious. read more

Was looking for a place that was still open at 10:15 on a Friday night, went to Burlew's but they weren't serving. So...stopped at Old Glory & am so glad we did! The beer was ice cold, the Parmesan chicken wings appetizer were amazing & the pizza was delicious! I'm so glad they were still open & can't wait to go back again! read more

My family and I went on a friday night for dinner and were told we had to wait over an hour and a half. The hostess was rude and told us to grab a drink and sit at the bar to wait but with 2 kids that was not going to happen.. we ended up standing in the foyer in the way of staff and patrons... by the time we sat we were met by our server Katie who was extremely polite and throughouh in making sure we had everything we needed. To be honest she was the best part of our experience.. we could hear the manager Joe yelling and screaming at staff which made our meal extremely uncomfortable.. All in all not a good time read more

Have you been thinking of Old Glory since they've opened up but just haven't gotten the chance? You're messing up in life!! Phenomenal atmosphere; down to the awesome personable crew to the hot and fresh food! I've dealt with Liz, Ally, Pat, and Kristine. I've asked all of their personal opinions on drinks and food...IFFFF you give them an idea of what you like and what you're interested in, they WON'T steer you wrong! I've tried suggestions from all of them and loved what they brought to the table! Very down to earth vibes which makes for a great return visit! Hope I haven't put TOO MUCH pressure on the above mentioned names but I believe that they can handle it ;) Definitely give them a visit if you haven't already! Over and out, Shane Carney read more

We have has the pleasure of dinning here several times,we live in Keyport and wanted a nice local place to enjoy, the service is very friendly and we found the atmosphere to be very comfortable, ,the food was very good...chicken parm was delicious, I would say the only draw back was the seating.i would prefer a more personal seating.maybe tables for 2 or 4,although the seating looks great just not ideal for a date. read more

This place has a lot of atmosphere. It was repurposed-used to be a church. There are indoor and outdoor tables. They serve a reasonably priced lunch until 3:30 then right into dinner. You need to sit at the bar for happy hour menu. There is a pizza oven so their bread and pizza are very good. Nice menu and they are accommodating. read more

Love this place! We go here pretty regularly and we went again for Christmas Eve dinner. Food is always consistently good and service is great. read more

The food is great, the wing are awesome. Also the place has a good atmosphere. Definitely a chill place to go out and eat

Been here before and not bad. Good enough to return, but this return trip was horrible. Waiter left a lot to be desired. Finished appetizers and 40 minutes we asked where our food was and he looked at us with a weird expression and went to the computer screen and it almost seemed like that was when he placed the order. He came back and said he spoke to his manager, but we never heard from him. Order finally came out in 3 intervals and it was not great. Don't mind not being rushed, but when you have 2 toddlers with you waiting that long us ridiculous. Don't normally complain too much, but will not return which is a shame since the venue is nice. read more

The food was great, I look forward to going back. However the service was lacking, people forget how much that matters. Try pretending the people your helping are just that, people. read more

I was contacted by the owner Chris, regarding my review nearly two months ago. He asked me to contact him, in order to give Old Glory another chance. I did via Yelp and e-mail and despite responding to him twice, there has been no response. We had waited over an hour for our food and were served all at different times! Is this Old Glory's idea of customer service? As I had said originally, it's a beautiful place, but no one goes out to dinner and expects be served meals 20 minutes apart from one another! read more

Why would I want to sit with people I don't know...if you go as a couple prepare yourself to sit with other people and watch them eat .. so stupid read more

I've been here many times now, good food, atmosphere and clean. Very consistent. Staff is attentive and friendly.

What an awesome place. The food was great, the service was awesome. Our waitress was attentive but not lurking and we never waited for a drink. When you go ask to sit in Capri's area. She was friendly, diligent and made our evening with her attitude and banter. DEFINITELY GOING BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! read more

Another great meal at Old Glory. We stopped for dinner after enjoying a great historical walking tour with The Keyport History Buzz. Our server, Tiffany, could not have been friendlier or more competent. An excellent server makes all the difference and Tiffany is just that. My daughter and I split the garlic shrimp appetizer and chicken milanese - delicious. One of the owners, Chris Sanborn, is always on the scene and welcomes us like we are family. A great way to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon. read more

Great staff, great food, love this place ! And Lindsay is an amazing server, always friendly and attentive !!
