Four stars if they had more options, I've came here twice at different times and no glaze donuts.

The donuts and sandwiches were good and had nice employees but was pricey for a small sandwhich.

I'd personally rather pay less for a regular, high quality donut at a hole in the wall donut shop, but if you're not picky and looking for something fun, it might be for you. We got their vegan chocolate sprinkle donut, blueberry cake donut, two bacon egg breakfast burritos and a vietnamese coffee. The frosting on both donuts were great, and the vegan donut is completely on-par with their non-vegan cake donuts, which are spongey and taste a little stale, though less oily than most other places. The burritos are serviceable, good for their price and comparable to other donut places and the vietnamese coffee was good. All in all, it's alright! I'm not likely to return, as the food was underwhelming. For me, the star of the show was the great, quick, and friendly service!

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's an awesome place to get great coffee, food,…read moreand donuts. The donuts, first of all, are sooooo soft and chewy. Amazing taste, as well. You can either get their regular donuts (glazed, chocolate glazed, etc.), opt in for their mochi donuts (variety of flavors), or pick up one of their special donuts that I can best describe as "over-the-top" (in a good way, I promise!). The coffee, THE. COFFEE. YES. GET. I recommend their signature Vietnamese iced coffee or if you want something sweet and also great, get the Biscoff iced latte. I've never had Biscoff cookies before, but I discovered the latte version and it was a nice introduction for a first-timer. It's my new obsession right now and I highly recommend it! The breakfast is great. My husband and I tried their breakfast burritos and we were told they put a half dozen eggs in every single burrito! That's a LOT of eggs they go through daily. The burritos were nice and light, it didn't have you feeling heavy after eating it and there wasn't much grease. The service has always been amazing and top-notch. They are so accommodating and helpful. If you don't know what to get, they will recommend some nice options for you to choose from. The ambiance was nice and chill with great music playing overhead. Overall, it's a great place to grab a donut and some delicious coffee. If you're on the fence about this place, this is your sign to go try it out. You will not be disappointed, I promise you!

I'm not vegan but I was raving about this burrito for weeks after trying it. It comes with a salad that they dress up in a vinaigrette and two sauces to try, one cilantro and one (I forget what the red one is but I liked the cilantro more). The burrito basically tastes and has the texture of a chorizo and potato burrito and the sauce gives it the kick it needs. I've also tried their sea salted caramel latte and it's a bit too sweet for breakfast but very tasty. They are one of the few coffee shops where the music isn't blasting the whole time and there's always available tables and outlets. I also love that there's plants and art to purchase!

I found this coffee shop near me so I decided to go with my sister in law. We arrived 10mins before closing time so I was excited to make it on time. Apparently the ridiculously rude young lady working there wasn't having it. She took a couple minutes to take our order since putting in the patio furniture was more important. When she finally finished, she came to the counter with a horrible attitude asking what we wanted. My sister in law wanted a hot coffee and she refused to served it since the machine was "off" already. Then she proceeded to order a banana iced coffee (don't know the name) and again the lady refused to make it since it was one of their most "complicated" drinks to make. We ended up ordering two "quick and easy" ice drinks. We asked if she was working alone... this lady only had rude comments and answers to say (smart ass). It is unfortunate to be treated that way specially when it was my first time there. It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service. I have family in the coffee business and customer service is always a priority, not at this location. Very disappointed with whoever hired her and trained her.

Stopped by Platform 909 on a Sunday around 3 PM to check it out since I was craving a matcha drink…read more I ordered the banana matcha latte, and they accidentally made the wrong drink first. Instead of tossing it, they offered the butterscotch latte for free, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it made for a great customer service experience. The banana matcha latte was really good, smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet, which is exactly how I like my matcha. The butterscotch latte wasn't my favorite because it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but if you have a sweet tooth, you'll probably enjoy it. They also have pastries and cookies, however I didn't get to The ambiance is definitely one of the highlights. The café has a cozy industrial vibe with exposed brick walls, warm lighting, and cute decor that makes it feel inviting. There are plenty of tables by the windows, a cozy back room that's quieter, and several spots that would be perfect for studying, working, catching up with friends, or even a casual coffee date. It has a relaxed atmosphere where you can easily spend a couple of hours. Overall, the drinks were solid, the customer service was thoughtful, and the space is somewhere I'd come back to try other drinks and sweets. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
