Brought back childhood memories to come across candy and sweets that were only around in the 90's. We found nostalgic items that made us think back to the time where life was so much more simple. We purchased quite a few bags of candy to take back as souvenirs and also to enjoy for ourselves. Definitely a candy store worth checking out while in Estes Park.

I love freeze dried candy so I was so glad I was able to stumble across a candy shop that had some! Upon entering, you get hit with this sensation of nostalgia! They have a wide variety of candy, from your beloved favorites to gag gifts such as "elk poop." If you're craving sweets and want an experience in the process; this is the place.

I LOVE freeze dried candy They had so many more selections of freeze dried candy that I have seen in other places or online. I got the freeze fried coke bottle candies ($9.98), freeze dried crunchy buttons, which is spree candy($9.98) and gummy mac n cheese ($9.20). We haven't tried the gummy mac n cheese, but I gobbled up the coke bottles and we snack on the spree candies. Definitely would recommend checking this place out.

A very cute designed candy store. They have a lot of old fashioned nostalgia candies being sold here. A few local creative candies as well. The prices are reasonable. You have to spend more than $10 to use your credit card . I saw many candy stores in Estes Park but this one stood out amongst the rest. It's was a fun little shop.

This place is so cool! I'm always on the lookout for old-fashioned candy shops and have really only stumbled on 3 or 4 worth any merit. So many options here!!! I had a really hard time choosing; I wish I could have taken a little bit of everything :( but alas I was limited to three scoops: one scoop of orange slices, one scoop of some awesome 90s Lego candies, and 50/50 scoop split of (milk) chocolate pretzel balls and dark chocolate covered raisins. The retro Lego candies were surprisingly pretty good (they're not too sweet and different colors are different flavors). I really liked the pretzel balls but they'd be perfect if it was dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. And dark chocolate raisins are just always great. Needless to say, if I lived in the area I'd frequent this place quite often. :D

This candy store was the best! It had a great selection of various candies that you don't find most places. It made you happy just being there.

My kids behave like kids in a candy store whenever they are here. So do I. This place has the look, the feel, the service and the products of a real turn of the century store. If you like licorice they have the real stuff here, probably in a half dozen varieties, all smelling seductively of natural anise flavoring. The place is lined with scores of jars filled with all manner of candy confections. Sold by the 1/4, 1/2 or pound. I recommend a stop here for the atmosphere and the goodies.

The displays were amazing and they even allowed taste testing of the newest freeze dried candy like Skittles and Milk Duds.

Unfortunately, he didn't seem very interested in helping or ensuring we received what we asked for. We purchased three pieces of chocolate for $23, which already felt expensive, and when we returned to our hotel we realized they had given us the wrong chocolates--no tiger butter at all. We tried calling the shop to address the mistake, but it went straight to voicemail. Between the lack of customer service, the error with our order, and the high price point, the experience was very disappointing. For the cost, the quality did not meet expectations. Sadly, this place feels past its prime, and I wouldn't recommend it.

That being said, the elderly gentleman who took our order wasn't nearly as sweet as the product he was selling. In fact, he seemed put out to see a patron enter into his establishment at all. Regardless of the stale service received, this is a unique spot for families, with plenty of space for kids to run around, amidst a fun colorfully lit backdrop that gives off an arcade feel from an era gone by. The framed canine on the wall, much beloved by its owner, is a cute touch too. The sweet snacks once sampled back in the car weren't terribly fresh, but we plan to visit again and try more items on the expansive menu.

They've basically covered everything except the cash register in chocolate. Major credit for limitless options. It took me several minutes to finalize the impossible decision. Because I'm a s'mores girly, I opted for the chocolate dipped concoction of Graham crackers, marshmallows, and peanut butter. The aesthetic was on point. See picture! Decorated so adorably. Unfortunately the taste didn't quite match. The chocolate tasted minty? Not even like natural mint flavor but more like the taste of too much extract. This item wasn't advertised as something with mint included and it certainly wasn't welcome in a s'mores treat. Not sure if they add the mint flavor to all of their chocolate but be aware! It really messed with the flavor IMO. Ultimately it was a bit of a miss for me given the flavor. The service wasn't much to write home about either honestly but the employees weren't rude just not friendly or welcoming either. I'd skip this in favor of one of these other treat shops.
