I love Fast Lane Coffee Milkshakes!!…read more For over 10 to 15 years, I have kept my Punch Cards from my many visits hoping to be near their remaining venue in Springfield. When I got a house and pet sitting position nearby, I collected the Fast Lane cards with my many stamps, just in case they would still honor them. I took a picture of the cards and reached out to Fast Lane via Facebook Messenger to verify I was overjoyed to find i could get a free Milkshake after all this time. I cashed it in yesterday morning and it was tastier than ever!! It was like a sunshine boost on that Grey foggy morning and not only that, they gave me kindness, smiles, joy and would not accept my offer of a tip after letting me know where the nearest place to get money was. Not only that they gave me their largest milkshake and so I got to enjoy it this morning as well!! I'm so deeply thankful and appreciative!! Thank you fast lane ​so soo much!!

I got a plain bagel sandwich with turkey, cheddar, and egg. My friend got the California bagel sandwich. We both enjoyed our food! The egg tasted premade and the turkey tasted a little cheap, but it hit the spot and was pretty much what I was craving this morning. I wish I had ordered a drink because some of the specials looked good, but I didn't look until it was too late. The staff were friendly and attentive. They worked quickly and chatted while they prepped our food without getting distracted. The restaurant was clean and pretty cute. There's a decent amount of parking since this place is in a shopping center, but the parking lot is horrible to get out of on weekends since it's such a busy area.
