He said he didn't drink bubbly but he should have been told enough to be able to answer basic questions like which was more sweet/more dry. When we asked another server (because our server hadn't checked in on us) if we could take the bottle of bubbly back to our room, she didn't know and had to ask (I would think this would be something she would know given it's a busy resort).
