They are located around 10 minutes outside of downtown, and it appeared to be an economically challenged area. It was a little challenging to find at first, because I didn't realize that it was simply a small building where you could order from the walk up window or through the drive-through. According to their hours online, they stay open until 9 PM. When I arrived, the place was closed. I called the phone number on the sign, and there was an out of service message. I was definitely disappointed, because I definitely wanted to try their barbecue. All signs suggested that they are now out of business. Maybe next time...

What I got was a STACK of RIBS...with those delectable fries and beans. Ribs. The HOLY Grail of the grill. The Fall off the Bone smoky goodness carried me to lip smacking, finger lickin, OHHHHHH YEAH ville! Man! Those ribs! (I AM a rib aficionado. A connoisseur of pit cooking). THESE were no fib ribs.
