The gentleman running the truck was super friendly and took the time to share with us how he operates his farm and his motivation to do so. Since it's a food trailer, you get to enjoy your food outdoors, and in this day the weather was perfect, it was fun to watch the motorcycles ride by as we ate our snack. Now onto the food! We tried the cheddar potato and it was delicious! the pierogi were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crispiness from searing and the filling was very light but full of flavor.
